At the side of the property lies the 8m x 4m southfacing illuminated swimming pool with anti-slip steps into the shallow end. There is ample outdoor furniture for relaxing, sunbathing and alfresco dining plus BBQ and terrace. A shaded pergola with table and seating to the rear of the property, is an ideal retreat from the midday sun. The villa is a perfect choice for couples, families and wedding guests seeking a central yet relaxing base. A car is not necessary. Fully air-conditioned.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, the villa will be available from 3pm and would need to be vacated by 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Bedlinen and towels, including beach towels, are provided. The villa is cleaned before your arrival. If your stay is more than 1 week, towels and linen will be changed, extra clean can be arranged. Pool cleaned twice weekly. Garden maintained weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have remote control air-conditioning (cooling and heating). Fair use of air-conditioning is included in price. A travel cot is available (please bring own bedding). A safe is provided for guests vaulables. A Cypriot mobile phone (very cheap to use), and charger, is available for guests convenience. We found it very expensive to phone home regularly using our personal mobiles. Please feel free to make use of this facility but kindly 'top up' useages, ready for next occupant. No smoking is permitted within the villa. Our local property manager will be on hand should you require any help or have any queries throughout your stay.

Outside
Fully paved 8m x 4m southfacing pool and garden areas. Enjoy fabulous uninterrupted views on two sides overlooking the Mediterranean, thus benefiting from a gentle and refreshing sea breeze. Ample outdoor furniture including sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs are provided for relaxing, sunbathing and entertaining. There is the added advantage of a shaded pergola/seating area to the rear of the property, a welcoming retreat from the midday sun. As night time falls the outdoor lighting portrays a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. There is private parking for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The pretty blue flag beach of Sandy Bay is just a few mins walk away. The golden sands and shallow waters are ideal for children and for watersports. Perhaps enjoy a cool refreshing drink in one of the tavernas dotted around the bay. Alternatively, take a stroll along the 'yellow brick path' and admire the beautiful coastal scenery that Cyprus has to offer. One direction will lead you into the quaint fishing harbour of Ayia Napa, in the other direction enjoy the spectacular beach of Nissi.
Skiing
Cyprus is one of the few countries in the world where you can go skiing and sunbathing on the same day. Skiing is available at the Troodos Mountains between the months of January through to March. There is a total of four ski lifts leading to numerous runs, ranging from beginners to advanced levels. Travel time approximately 90 minutes from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is approx. 35 mins by taxi and will cost around 50 euros. We will gladly arrange pick up if required. Car hire is readily available direct from the airport or locally within Ayia Napa.
Distances
The villa is in an ideal position being close to all the amenities that Ayia Napa and Nissi have to offer. Local transport is reliable and cheap. There is a convenient bus stop on Nissi Avenue which will take you to Ayia Napa town, Protaras, Cape Grecko, Konnos Bay, Paralimini (with its 3 large supermarkets), Nissi Beach, Waterworld, and Ayia Thelka. All within approx. 10km. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and very reasonably priced.
Further details
The lively town of Ayia Napa is approx. 20 minutes walk or short bus/taxi drive. Plenty of gift shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas, restaurants to hand plus an abundance of night-life if you so wish. There is a beautiful ancient monastery located in the square, which is well worth a visit along with the pretty fishing harbour where you can sample fresh seafood. Boat and fishing trips depart daily, which are a brilliant day out. Waterworld, the largest water theme park in Cyprus, is again close at hand just passed Nissi Beach - a fun packed day for all the family is guaranteed. A little further on is the quaint fishing harbour of Potomas with it's delightful church and two tavernas overlooking the Mediterranean - highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing afternoon. The magnificent national park and cliffs of Cape Greco plus the exquisite beach of Konnos Bay are not to be missed.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking (non-refundable on cancellation). Full balance required 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 security bond is required when paying balance. Fully refundable after inspection by property manager. Please note we don't accept bookings from all male/female parties. The villa is only suitable for a max of 6 persons (plus 1 travel cot) all guests must be submitted on a booking, form under no circumstances must the party size exceed the original booking form.
