| Utility Room: | Washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen. Iron and Ironing board. Laundry room nearby with dryers. Currently free but may be a small charge from Aug 2008 (you wont need a dryer then anyway!). |

All sheets and towels are included. The property will be cleaned and towels and linens changed at that time. Towels and sheets can be washed in between by occupants if required and there is a mop and broom to keep the floor clean and ant free. |

Accessibility
This is a ground floor flat and although suitable for people with mobility issues there is one step to get up to the front door from the path. Plenty of car parking.
Outside
3 patios - one front and two back. Outdoor furniture: table and 4 chairs (indoor chairs can be taken out if more seating required). 6 swimming pools 1 will be heated by winter 2008. There is a small BBQ with rack for patio cooking or a communal BBQ by the pools.
Coast/Beach
There are two pebble/rock beaches on the complex but sandy beaches exist locally - car is required. Hang gliding, jet skiing, boat trips, aqua diving and other water sports available at various locations.
Golf
Approx 400 yards to entrance of Korenium golf course. A fabulous course with breathtaking views. Also a spa and restaraunt. A rental car is recommended for your stay (prices from £12 per day) or you can call and ask golf club to come and collect you and take you back. Skiing
Nearest skiing is in the Troodos Mountains in Southern Cyprus in the winter. Approx 1 hour drive.
Special interest holidays
Walking in the mountains is breath taking. Several Turtle Bay beaches nearby where the turtles come up to lay their eggs in the sand. There is a local nature park to visit. I believe the eggs are laid around Sept time. There are two spas locally one with a Turkish Bath (thoroughly recommended) and there will be a spa on the complex hopefully by summer.
Travel
Ercan is nearest airport in Northern Cyprus 30 mins drive to TBV fly from UK via Turkey. You can also fly to Larnaca in the south and drive over the border - about 1.5 hours drive. I can help with planning car hire or airport pick ups on request.
Distances
Esentepe village about 1 mile. Kyrenia (Girne in Turkish) is about 12 miles or 15-20 min drive (depends on traffic), where there is a beautiful harbour, shops and castle.
Belapais is a beautiful village in the mountains where there is a lovely old monastery well worth a visit. Nice little shops and restaurants.
Further details
There is a mini-market, outdoor gym, indoor gym, 6 swimming pools, tennis courts, basket ball courts, mini golf, children’s play ground, chess board, computer room for internet access, and a pub. Currently no restaraunt but this is planned for Aug 08. The Golf club has a fabulous restraunt and they will pick you up so you can have a drink.
The nearest village is 1 mile away - Esentepe where there is a post office, supermarket, restaraunts, hard ware shop, hotel with nice restaurant. Bigger shops are approx 6 miles (12km) away. There are buses to Kyrenia ask me for time table.
Booking notes
You will need to book your dates provisionally with me: then book your flights within 3 days. You must then pay a deposit of £100 per week within 3 days to confirm the booking. Rent for period booked will be required at least 8 weeks before departure. A key and directions will then be dispatched to you. Once the key is returned to me your deposit will be returned less any charges for electricity used in excess of 70 units per week and any damages/losses to the apt.

‘Nestled between the sparkling sea and a backdrop of impressive mountains this is an idyllic spot for a restful break. We loved being able to choose between peace and quiet for numerous activities some areas not yet finished but this did not affect our holiday. Magnificent and apt was very modern and well equipped.
