Accessibility
Ground floor will suit children and people with mobility problems. Ample parking within 10m of front door. One step in to the apartment.

Outside
Patio and gardens, table and 6 chairs, overlooking shared pool with children's pool attached. There are 6 pools, 1 which is heated, with sunbeds, tables and chairs, and umbrellas with communal barbecues. Cleaned daily. Fenced floodlit tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf, and children's play area, and restaurant overlooking the sea.

Coast/Beach
There is a beach just a short stroll away on the complex or plenty within a short drive away. I would recommend Acapulco, a lovely sandy beach with aqua park for the kids which is about 10 minutes away. There are many beaches near by, just around the corner is Turtle beach where the protected loggerheads and green turtles nest from May til September, or just drive along the stunning coast line and find your own secluded beach.

Golf
Korenium golf and country spa, is just 500m away. This is must for any golfer a 21 hole championship course with spectacular scenery and holes to challenge the best of golfers. The 18 hole par 72 has a 3 hole academy, driving range and superb clubhouse which also houses the pro shop for clubs buggies etc, it also has a fitness centre, hairdressers, sauna, massage parlour and spa. After your game or workout enjoy a drink or meal on the balcony. with spectacular views you will not want to leave. There is a full set of clubs for your use in the apartment, just replace any lost balls. There is always people on the complex wanting to play if you are short of players.

Special interest holidays
Northern Cyprus has a long history. Kyrenia harbour and its historic castle is a must, just relax with a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants and take in the scenery. A short drive from there is St Hilarion castle with its long history is a challenge, but a must do. Best time to go is early morning of late evening, comfy flat shoes advised one of the best views in Cyprus. The busy city of Nicosa is 20 min drive or if you what to go further, you can visit the roman ruins of Salimas and a short drive on to the old capital city of Famagusta makes a nice day out.

Travel
Driving in Cyprus is the same as in the UK, on the left hand side and the speed limit is in kilometers. There are lots of car hire places at reasonable prices who will usually provide a pick up service from Larnica Airport. Transfer time is 1 hour 15 mins. Or you can fly in to Ercan, via Turkey to let people off while you stay on board which adds 1 hour to your flight time. Transfer time this way is 25 minutes, and costs around £20. We can arrange taxi transfers for you.

Nicosia 30 minutes, Famagusta 1 hour 50 minutes, Kyrenia 25 minutes, local village Esentepe 5 minutes.

Further details
On-site supermarket. In Esentepe, there are more local shops, or for larger supermarkets there are plenty within 15 to 20 minutes drive. The large banks are in Kyrenia or the large cities. Most shops and restaurants take sterling, euros, dollers etc.

20% deposit to secure booking. Balance 6 weeks before departure date. Separate deposit cheque against loss of keys or major damage £100.
