On-site mini golf, giant chess, floodlit tennis/football courts, indoor and outdoor gyms, restaurant, shop, cafe, bar, 2 beaches, jetty, water sports, beauty salon, business suite and reception. 1km away on same road is Korenium Golf Club, a spectacular 18 hole championship course and leisure complex.

Book provisional dates, £100 deposit and then book your flights, keys on arrival to site (I live here) and your deposit will be refunded to your bank on return of keys and inspection of the accomodation. Electric is included up to 70 units over this, a surcharge is applied.

Ground floor, wide door access, and ramps to pool area, so would be suitable for those with walking difficulties, and children. Air-con to both bedrooms and the living area

Accessibility
Slopes and ramps to pool areas and normal kerbs around the site. Ramp to the shop, so easy access. Doors are wide so would accommodate a wheelchair, this would be dependant on the individual as far as the shower and bathroom are concerned, please call to discuss.
Outside
Both terraces lead to a grass area overlooking the shared pool, with children's pool within the larger pool. There are 6 pools on-site you are free to use any. 1 is heated. The terraces open onto a grass area of about 35 foot in length to a wall which overlook the pool. Barbecues are situated at the poolside for your use or you can purchase the throw away kind. Some water toys are left in the apartment for your use on the provio that if you damage or break, that you replace before you return home, eg li-los, rings, balls etc. A welcome pack can be brought for you, to include all of your favorites should you wish. But a standard pack comes with the booking tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water (in a cooler).
Coast/Beach
2 beaches on site, further beaches are only a cars drive away, Alagadi Beach, Escape Beach, and many more to explore and not so far away is the famous sands of Famagusta. The famous ruins of Salamia.
Golf
Korenium Golf Club newly opened 18 hole Championship sized golf course. If golf is your game you will not be disappointed, Superb Driving Range and Academy with 3 full length practice holes. Leisure complex, beauty salon, restaurant which is open to non golfers. This is just 1km away on the same road. Day passes available and reduction for renters from this site.
Skiing
Trodos mountains snow at 6,000 feet at present Feb 2008 and only 45 minutes away. please check the weather forecast and snow reports.
Special interest holidays
Walking, relaxing, beach, water sports, scuba diving available locally PADI registered English tutors. Paragliding, boat tours, horse riding, caving, shooting, walking, bird watching, orchids
turtles, a conservation area and nature centre that looks after the turtle eggs putting baskets over the newly laid eggs and helping the hatchlings to get to the water is just 5 minutes away and you can take part by registering at the nature centre.
Travel
Ercan is 30 minutes drive and Laranca 60 minutes, Larnaca includes a border crossing which is not a daunting as it sounds this normally takes about 6-10 minutes. Car hire is available from either airports or you can arrange taxi collection and hire a car from the site.
Distances
Shop on-site and Esentep is 5 minutes drive away, Kyrenia is a 15 minute drive and has a lovely old harbour, a great place to visit to see the castle ruins or to have a stroll and a coffee or beer. St Hilarion is a short drive away, about 20-25 minutes and is a steep climb to spectacular views and an old ruin, well worth a visit. Aqua Park for the children is 5 minutes away, and the Acapaulco Club with is sandy beach and water slides and relaxation area, and for those that dare, a Turkish Bath.

Currency GBP Sterling, Lira Turkish, Dollars, Euros, but mainly every one uses either £ or YTL Turkish Lira, very easy to change. All bank staff speak perfect English.
Booking notes
Check dates required and reserve, deposit into UK bank, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Holding deposit will be returned within 7 days of end of vacation.
