This ground floor poolside apartment is perfectly situated on a beautiful new complex that has been finished to the highest standard. The patio doors lead out to a great spacious veranda that is equipped with patio furniture to enjoy alfresco dining or just simply to sit back and enjoy a drink. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has allocated covered parking should you need to use it. Within easy walking distance are excellent restaurants, tavernas and bars on Kennedy Avenue, Kapparis. 5 minute walk to many sandy beaches and coves with various water sport facilities, such as boat-hire, jet-ski and diving. Holiday resort of Protaras is 7 minutes drive away, with long sandy beaches and a variety of activities, including tennis, crazy-golf and diving schools. For nature lovers, Cape Greco Nature reserve and Connos Bay are a short drive away. Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large number of attractions and nightlife. Relaxing apartment with great facilities.

| Kitchen: | Open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and table and chairs. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and all kitchen essentials are provided. |
| Utility Room: | Fully equipped with iron/ironing board, hair dryer, clothes airer and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious open plan lounge equipped with large sofa and chair. Sofa turns into a double bed. For your entertainment there is TV and Satellite system that shows English speaking programs as well as films and kids shows, DVD player and CD player. |
| Other: | The veranda looks straight out onto the sun terrace and pool area and is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a cool drink. |

Notes on accommodation
The great thing about this apartment is its poolside location which means very easy access to the sun terrace and pool area which comprises of both kids and adult pools. The walk-in adult pool has a lovely waterfall feature. There is also separate poolside showers and changing facilities as well as disabled wc. To the front of the apartment is a children's play area which comprises of swings, see-saws and slide etc. DVDs and CDS are available for your viewing and listening pleasure.
Details of directions and access to apartment will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. A basic welcome pack will be provided free of charge to get your holiday off to a great start. Should you have other requirements (ie cots/highchairs) these can be provided at a small additional cost.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and so has very good access for the disabled or infirm and pushchairs. As mentioned the pool area has several disabled wcs around it. Excellent access to the front of the apartment as you can park your car outside the front door!
Outside
Away from busy roads, this is a very exclusive complex finished to a high standard. Throughout the complex there are a number of orange trees and beautiful shrubbery. The landscape is finished to a very high degree. The sun terrace is furnished with a number of sun loungers and parasols for your use.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of sandy beaches within easy walking distance, the nearest being Fireman's Cove. If you follow the Kapparis coast through Sirena Bay, Ayia Triada and Pernera towards Protaras, you will discover plenty of other excellent beaches with golden sand and crystal clear waters. Fig Tree Bay at Protaras is renowned for having the best beaches on the island and is only a 5 minute drive away. A 10 minute drive takes you to the more lively Nissi Beach at Aiya Napa.
Golf
Number of golf courses around the island. You will find golfing fees very reasonable and the greens are superb. There are even crazy golf courses for the whole family to enjoy nearby!
Special interest holidays
With it's warm, crystal clear waters and year-round season, Cyprus is a great place for a diving holiday. There are several diving centres within easy reach of the apartment and plenty of great dive sites. Whether you're an experienced diver or just starting out, you'll find a wide range of facilities catering for all abilities.
The island is fantastic for walks and cycle rides with many trails to be followed! And not forgetting the Troodos Mountain range which is a hikers paradise with their spectacular panoramic views and also a haven for nature lovers. A sight to behold!
Travel
Chromata Lagoon is situated on the South East Coast of Cyprus in the coastal village of Kapparis, between the inland town of Paralimni and the resort of Protaras. It is approximately 40 minutes easy driving from Larnaca airport or around 2 hrs from Paphos.
Distances
5 min walk is the main street (Kennedy Avenue) where you will find a great range of Tavernas, shops that stock a good range of essential provisions, restraunts and there is even a coffee shop that serves freshly baked goods and great tasting drinks such as lattes.
The famous Fig Tree bay is 5 min drive in Protaras. Paralimni town centre is also only 5 min drive which hosts numerous shops (incl M&S!), bars, restaurants, banks, coffee shops etc.
Further details
The island boasts a large water park which is fun for all the family. This park is within a short drive/bus ride away (20 mins). We can send you links to airline websites that we have found very competitive. We can also arrange pick up/drop off at the airports which will be cheaper than taxi’s. Thank you for your interest. Booking notes
All you need to do to reserve your dates is check the availability calender and contact us. A non-refundable £50 deposit will be required and full payment to be received 5 weeks prior to your holiday. A £50 refundable security deposit is also required when you pay the full balance. This will be refunded within 7 days subject to inspection of apartment following departure.
