This is a luxury villa offering 3 double bedrooms all with double beds. The garden has a swimming pool and barbeque with outside lighting for evenings spent by the pool. The villa is ideally situated next to three beautiful local beaches and many restaurants, bars and shops. The resort of Agia Napa is only 10 minutes drive away and Protaras centre is only 5 minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk into its centre. There is a bus stop only 3 minutes walk away so there is no need for a car if you don't wish to hire transport.

As long as the villa is available - changeover days and times are totally flexible to suit you.

| Kitchen: | Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Granite worktops. Oven, hob, extractor. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all necessary cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc. with utensils for outside barbeque also. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge dining room with dining table and 6 chairs, there are 4 breakfast bar stools. Living room with sofas, coffee table and plasma TV with DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided apart from beach towels. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you want a cleaner in to clean the villa and wash/change linen during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully airconditioned with units that run both hot and cold. A cot and baby chair will be provided for children (please advise in advance). For those wishing heating in the short winter months there is a working fireplace in the living room.

Accessibility
There are three small steps leading up to the front door and a small step as you step from the patio doors into the garden.
Outside
The garden has four outside comfy chairs, a garden table with six chairs and 6 sun loungers. There is an outside shower and a gas barbeque. A 7x3m private pool.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are 5 minutes walk away. The Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa area in which this villa is situated offer some of the best beaches in Cyprus offering crystal clear water, which is shallow, warm, clean and calm. Sun beds and umbrellas for hire, food and drink facilities on or beside the beaches, water sports for hire, boat trips.
Golf
The closest golf course is one hour and 45 min. drive away.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains in winter months. This is 2 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
The Protaras and Pernera areas are ideal for scuba diving and those wanting water sports as there are plenty of scuba diving and water sports centres in the area. Boat trips are available from one of the local beaches for sight seeing, fishing etc. There are many archaeological sites within an hours drive. The area is well connected with cycle paths between the resorts of Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni for those wishing to hire bicycles and tour the area. There are many coastal walks to choose from also.
Travel
Larnaca airport is closest with a 45 minute drive time.
Paphos airport is a 2 hour drive time.

A £100 deposit will be required to secure the dates you want.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required on arrival. This will be refunded to you on departure as long as no damage has occured to the villa or its contents as a result of your stay.
