The facilities on site include mini golf, children's play area, floodlit tennis/football/basketball courts, indoor (due 2008) and outdoor gyms, restaurant (due 2008), mini market, cafe (due 2008), 2 beaches, water sports, bar, beauty salon and business suite. The apartment is just 1km from the newly opened Korenium Golf and Country Club, a spectacular 21 hole championship course. In addition to the course there are superb spa and sauna facilities, together with a restaurant with a Michelin star worthy restaurant. Discounts will be offered for long-term Winter lets. If you require a clean during your stay please tell me in advance and I will arrange this for you (extra charge is applicable). 10% discount for all bookings made for December 2008 and January/February 2009!
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on your requirements.

| Living Rooms: | Well presented living/dining area encompassing large glass/iron table and chairs. The seating area houses a 3 seat sofa and double sofa bed. There is an LCD TV in the living area. Air-conditioning unit keeps this area at a comfortable temperature. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are provided and the apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. If a mid-let clean is required, please let me know prior to booking. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms, as well as the living/dining area so even in the warmest months you will stay at a comfortable temperature. Our property manager is based locally, and will strive to visit you during your stay to make sure everything is going smoothly, as well as being there to fix any problems should they arise. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to me, and this is why I ask my property manager to visit during your stay. I am sure you will not be disappointed should you stay in our apartment. Unfortunately, if an item is not listed as being present, it generally means there is not one in the apartment. Please note that the landscaping on the site is not yet completed, but will be completed shortly. The exterior picture is of a similar apartment and shows how the landscaping should look when complete. The interior pictures were all taken during February 2008. The low rental prices reflect the fact that the landscaping is incomplete.
Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for children and people with mobility problems.
Outside
The outside will be beautifully landscaped with grassed areas, open spaces and numerous olive trees. Parking is readily available and parking spots are just outside the door. The large shared pool is very impressive, catering to both the avid swimmers and the young children. There are numerous sun loungers and tables around the area, as well as a BBQ area which can be used. The apartment is in a quiet area of the site, so you will not be troubled by noisy traffic...just the peaceful natural noises that are heard all over the island.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beach coves on site, 1 to either side of the complex, one being just a 1 minute walk away. Alternatively Alagadi beach, Vogue Beach Club and the Acapulco Hotel, which has its own private beach, are only a 10 minute drive away. If you are willing to travel further, why not visit the Karpas Peninsula? This is home to some of the most stunning unspoilt beaches in the Mediterranean.
Golf
Situated on the coast at the foot of The Five Finger Mountain in Esentepe, the prestigious Korineum Golf and Country Club is proud to be the 1st 18 hole golf course in Northern Cyprus. Carved from a natural forest of Umbrella Pines and Olive trees, amongst others, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side, and breathtaking views of the famous Five Finger Mountain range on the other, this makes for a truly memorable experience you will never forget. Korineum Golf and Country Club does not limit itself to being a phenomenal golf course.
It is also caters for numerous social activities. 300sq.m area clubhouse complete with a Fitness Centre, Unisex Hair Styling Salon, Massage Parlour and Sauna on site. The restaurant provides an unmatchable experience with its spectacular variety and quality of cuisine married with picturesque views of the mountains and sea.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains, but please be sure to check the weather forecast for up to date information.
Special interest holidays
If you are into relatively high octane activities paragliding, numerous water sports and scuba diving are readily available through fully qualified teachers. If you wish to take things at a slower pace why not try out walking, horse riding, caving, shooting or bird watching?
Travel
Ercan Airport is just a 30 minutes drive from the door, and is easy to navigate to and from. Another option would be to fly to Laranca Airport which is just 75 minutes away. Larnaca includes a border crossing which is not as daunting as it once was and normally takes just 5-10 minutes. Car hire is recommended, and I can put you in touch with someone who is very reasonable indeed. Cars can be hired from either airports. Transfers can also be arranged if required.
Distances
Esentepe is the nearest town, and is just 5 minutes drive away - includes restaurant, supermarket, petrol station and shops. Kyrenia is only 15 minutes away, and has stunning scenery such as the famous Castle. St Hilarion is only 25 minutes away, where there is are spectacular views of the ancient ruins. Acapulco Club houses a great restaurant, together with features that will keep the kids entertained for hours. There is also a casino on site for the adults to use!
Further details
There are numerous restaurants, casinos, supermarkets and banks in and around the stunning town of Kyrenia. There are many historic places to visit in the area including St Hilarion and Bellapais Abbey. The beauty of North Cyprus is the relaxed way of life that locals live to. No one is ever in a rush, and as such the service you receive in restaurants is second to none. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required at time of booking. The remaining balance, together with a £100 breakages bond, is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking is made for less than 8 weeks in the future, full payment is required upon booking.
The bond (less any costs) will be returned 7 days after the departure and once the key has been returned. These are reduced rates due to the fact that all facilities are not yet complete.
