The villa is a detached 2 bedroom luxury property situated near the end of a private road, which is off the main run through the village of Blue Water Bay. Like all of the properties in the village it is has been designed to have it's own unique character, allowing it to blend a modern look with the old traditional tiled roofs and soft painted Mediterranean style, allowing the holiday maker to feel relaxed and comfortable. The garden to the rear surrounds the swimming pool and overlooks agricultural land, giving air of seclusion. A few minutes walk takes you to the sandy beach near the Malama Hotel in a sheltered bay. A day on the beach swimming or snorkeling in the crystal clear sea and taking part in water sport activities offers something for all family. For the adventurous, short walks will take you to adjacent bays and a drive would enable to go to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras. Other areas to visit are Ayia Napa, Paralimni with a variety of shops, a mere 15 mins drive away.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has double bed being the master room with fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Roller blinds to door and window. Sliding doors to balcony overlooking swimming pool. Bedroom 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table, windows to rear and side. |
| Bathrooms: | Two bathrooms upstairs each with showers and enclosures, wc and wash hand basin all tiled and completely fitted one is en-suite. Convenient downstairs cloakroom. Downstairs toilet and wash. |
| Kitchen: | Up to date fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and the necessary crockery and utensils needed for cooking. |
| Living Rooms: | The kitchen, living and dining rooms are open plan with two patio doors leading to the garden and pool. Two 2 seater sofas set around the coffee table with the Satellite TV and DVD player in a unit. Also a dining table and four chairs for family meals. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided and for longer stays a cleaning service can be arranged for an extra charge. Swimming and pool towels are not supplied and suggest holidaymakers provide beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
High temperatures during the summer may require the respite of air-conditioning which is available in all rooms. Care has been taken to make the property safe for families however small children should always be supervised when in the pool.

Outside
The garden, mainly in the rear surrounds and the pool, has a variety of flowering shrubs depending on the time of the year. Some larger plants and the fact that the rear is not overlooked by any other property makes it secluded and private, still allowing the garden to be a sun trap for the day
and enabling one to observe the fantastic sunsets. The relaxing ambiance of the garden and the inviting pool contributes to a family holiday for all. Outside furniture consists of a round table four chairs and two sunbeds and a BBQ where one can entertain friends and family and bask in the sun.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 5 minutes walk away from a small bay called Malama bay which has a small beach and where numerous water sports are available. For a relaxing snack try the hotel. More adventurous people walking along this coast will find other small bays and quiet beaches. A car ride of 10 minutes or so the bigger beach of Fig Tree Bay is worth spending a day at. Further along is Ayia Napa Beach one of the biggest stretch of golden sands.
Travel
Larnaca International airport is 40 minutes away with daily flights from most of the British Airports.
Distances
Ayia Napa is 12 minutes away.
Paralimni town is just 5 minutes.
Protaras holiday resort is 5 minutes drive.
Further details
Local shops for provisions and restaurants are within walking distance on Kapparis avenue. Shopping, supermarkets and banking are all accessable by car within 12 minutes at Paralimni or Ayia Napa.
Booking notes
