The Esperance is a brand new, ground floor apartment located within a small development just off the main road of Kapparis. It’s a short walk to one of the most beautiful bays on the island - Fireman’s Beach, and a couple of minutes walk to a large range of restaurants, shops and bars. The Esperance has two private terraces. Its rear terrace has a four-seater outdoor setting covered by a beautiful wooden pergola, this terrace overlooks the communal swimming pool. The front terrace is huge, with two XL parasols covering the 6-seater outdoor setting and sun loungers. The quiet location has the distinct advantage of having beaches and amenities within a short walk and the larger resorts a quick drive away. Aside from the local more secluded beaches, the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, Konnos Bay in Cape Greko and Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa are all between 5 and 15 min drive from the apartment.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros. The current pricing is subject to change, however is fixed upon receipt of reservation deposit. Long term pricing is also discounted and can be given on application.

Changeover day
There is no set changeover day so arrival and departure days are flexible. You have access to the apartment at 4pm (Cyprus time) on the date of arrival and will be required to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen size bed and opens onto the front, private terrace.
The second bedroom is light and airy with two single beds and opens onto the rear, private terrace.
Built-in wardrobes, bed side tables and air-con units in each bedroom.
Bathrooms: The family bathroom consists of a bath and shower, wc, vanity and sink, mirror and shaving socket.
Kitchen: This modern kitchen is well equipped and includes; oven, hob and extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, large sandwich press, toaster and kettle.
Living Rooms: The open-plan living room has a large 3-seater leather sofa bed, matching 2-seater sofa, glass and steel coffee table set, flat screen, wall mounted TV, DVD player, Satellite television stations, large selection of CDs and DVDs and a portable CD player.
Other: All furniture, furnishings, kitchen equipment, artwork, etc. has been carefully chosen to ensure The Esperance is superior in quality to other holiday apartments. It's important to us your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Full towel sets and linen is provided, however, you will need beach towels for when you go the beach and use the communal swimming pool.

 

Notes on accommodation
As The Esperance is a ground floor apartment with two private terraces, it's particularly suited to groups wanting a large private area, or families needing a secure area for their children to play. The rear terrace looks over the communal swimming pool - so aside from the great view - it is easy to keep an eye on family members using the area.
Welcome Packs, high chairs, cots and an assortment of other accessories are available on request. Every room benefits from brand new air-conditioning units, which are also the flats heating system (should you ever need it!).

Outside
The Esperance has two private terraces. The front is the larger of the two and has a 6-seater outdoor setting with 2 sun loungers to make the most of Cyprus' year-round sunshine. It also has two XL Parasols and a wooden fence to ensure privacy and safety. The area is fully tiled except where a lovely border garden with palms has been planted to give it a great, holiday feel.

The rear terrace has just has had a wooden pergola built and is now a fantastic spot, with great views across to the swimming pool. It's has a 4-seater setting and has enough room to put both the sun loungers if you wish.

There is a great communal swimming pool with toilets and changing rooms adjacent for use by the guests. The swimming area also has a fenced toddler's pool and sun beds are provided for your enjoyment.

Coast/Beach
The closest – and one of the best beaches on the east coast of Cyprus – is Firemans Bay, which is a 5 minute walk from The Esperance apartment. If you’d like to explore the coastline, take a scenic walk along the coastline from Firemans Bay to more secluded coves, bays and beaches, also offering majestic crystal-clear water.

If you'd like to spend some time at some of the busier beaches, Fig Tree Bay (Protaras), Konnos Bay (Cape Greko) and Nissi Beach (Ayia Napa) are 5-12 minutes away by car.

Travel
Although not essential, we recommend hiring a car when holidaying in Cyprus. Apart from being very cheap, you drive on the left-hand side of the road and hiring a car gives you access to everything Cyprus has to offer.

Larnaca is the main international airport in Cyprus and the closest to Kapparis. It's around 35-40 miles and will take you about 40-45 minutes by car or taxi.

Further details
Aside from the beach a short stroll away, the development is ideally located around 100m from the main street of Kapparis. There a several great restaurants, a wide selection of bars some mini-markets as well as bike and car hire companies. There is also an ATM at the roundabout as you come into Kapparis - which is roughly 1km from the apartment.

We've provided plenty of things to do in our guest book, as well as maps and directions to some of the attractions and activities we think you'd like to see and do.

Along with everything Cyprus has to offer, we have put together a selection of 40 CDs and DVDs for you when you get back to The Esperance so you can unwind and relax throughout your stay.

We have really tried to make the apartment as luxurious as possible and we're sure your stay will be more enjoyable because of it.

Booking notes
A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. A refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is also payable along with the balance. You are responsible for arrange your own travel insurance.
