The villa is only 10 minutes from the famous Nissi beach and located 15 minutes from WaterWorld - largest themed water park in Europe. This spacious 4 bed villa is arranged over 3 floors with private roof terrace at the top and balconies from all the bedrooms. The property will sleep upto 10 people and has 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom, an en-suite to the master bedroom and downstairs a WC with shower. There is a spacious dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, etc. The living room and the dining room both have sliding doors to patio over looking the front landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees. The private pool with sunbeds is at the back offering privacy. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms.

After you have settle in your new villa the management agent will provide with all the information required to make your holiday a very exciting time. The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs; although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out.
