This fabulous, peaceful villa benefits from stunning sea and mountain views. Enjoy the wonderful Cypriot sunshine relaxing on our lovely terraces or cooling off in our private pool. With four large bedrooms (master features en-suite, and 3 of the bedrooms enjoy terraces), immaculate, modern, comfortable furnishings throughout, full air conditioning, music system and satellite TV with DVD, Winter's Retreat is the ideal location for up to 8 people (baby cot, highchair etc can be provided at no cost on request).

All rates subject to change without notice at owner’s discretion. 25% of the rental sum is requested as a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking. Remainder is requested 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 with final balance payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Pissouri Beach 3km. Pissouri Bay is a quiet unspoilt blue flag beach where you can relax or try one of the many water-sports on offer such as sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, water ski-ing, diving. If spas are more your thing you could also choose to be pampered at The Colombia Beach Resort spa.
Golf
We are a 10 min drive from the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort which is situated in a stunning location overlooking the Mediterranean; the magnificent Golf course takes its name from the birthplace of Aphrodite which it overlooks and is regarded as the most exclusive leisure, golf and property development in the Eastern Mediterranean. The resort itself spans an entire 234 hectares (578 acres) and the golf course weaves in and out around the development. The Award Winning Golf course is surrounded by protected forest and comprises 2 plateaux separated by a dramatic ravine, which gives players the unique opportunity to tee off across it at certain points. The course is par 71/70 and its length is 6,299m.
Travel
Many charter airlines fly into Paphos airport, which is only a 20 min drive from the property. Larnaca airport offers scheduled flights throughout the year and is a 90 min drive from the property. Both airports offer car rental from the major rental companies. Taxis are easily available at both airports. Whilst on holiday, amenities are within walking distance and taxis are readily available. Many holiday makers do hire cars to explore the surrounding area.

Pissouri Village is one of Cyprus' best kept secret and retains its traditional Cypriot charm. The people are incredibly friendly and very welcoming. At the centre of the village is a very pretty cobbled square which is surrounded by many restaurants and tavernas. This is the focal point of Pissouri and midweek is host to Cyprus night where you can enjoy good food and drink followed by traditional Cypriot dancing.
The championship golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are a short 10 minute drive away.

Limassol has a wide range of tavernas pubs, discos and nightclubs There are numerous beaches to choose from, some very popular during midsummer with the convenience of changing rooms, showers, cafes and bars, others quite uncrowded, particularly those on the outskirts of town, such as the sandy beach Known as "Ladies Mlle', west of the new harbour. Limassol also has an attractive, newly-completed marina equipped with every facility for the yachtsman.
As a shopping centre Limassol offers the full gamut from ultra-modern to traditional and handmade. European wares have place alongside local produce, and as in other parts of the island, shoes and clothes can be made to measure in a matter of days. Busy St Andrews Street, not far from the seafront promenade, makes a fascinating trip with its quaint buildings and overhanging terraces, under which a cornucopia of small shops vie for attention on this narrow, jostling street. Another important shopping street is Makarios Avenue, where where many prestigious boutiques and showrooms are located, as well as small shops of every type.
