You never know what's around the next corner. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa. For shopping Larnaca Town centre is just 15 minutes drive from Pervolia where you will find an array of local and well known high street shops. A visit to Palm Tree Marina is a must with its good selection of restaurants, bars, night clubs.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen includes cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle toaster. All kitchen utilities.
Living Rooms: The spacious open plan living area is modern in design and includes all you need to make your leisure time comfortable and relaxing. Including a 3 and 2 luxury leather suite, TV, DVD player, stereo, satellite, dining table/chairs and idyllic lighting!

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is ideal for couples or families with young/ or older children. The property is located in a small gated secure complex. All rooms have air-conditioning/ heating units to ensure your ideal temperature. Blackout blinds are fitted to keep the rooms cool and ensure you have an uninterrupted sleep. The property is no smoking inside but the plentiful verandas can accommodate smokers. If you require accommodation that requires more than 7 beds please still contact me so I can help with the arrangement of a neighbouring villa.

Outside
The outside space of the villa is designed with your comfort, enjoyment and safety in mind, with its own private walled garden, private parking. The majority of the garden is paved, but has a pleasant mixture of tropical plants to create a truly relaxing setting. The main feature of the garden is the private swimming pool to splash away the days in the sunshine. If you prefer to relax whilst keeping a keen eye on the children, there are 4 sun loungers, 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 parasols - plus of course a BBQ so you can enjoy alfresco dining. If you feel the need to leave this idyllic setting then the beach is just 2 minutes away on foot.

Coast/Beach
The nearest secluded beach is a 2 minute walk. This is a pebble beach, with a sandy beach available a further 10 min walk along the beautiful headland, or around the shoreline. Plenty of other beaches are accessible by short drive. There is also a large beach and marina in Larnaca 15 mins drive from the villa. The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 10 min drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is not necessary if planning a truly relaxing holiday by the pool and lazy strolls.

Golf
Larnaca is soon to have its very own golf course- Larnaca Golf and Country Club.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 10 min drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is recommended if you are planning to explore the Island. If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool then the local taxi hire is excellent value for money if you just require the odd day out. There are also organised tours around the island to all tourist areas of interest. The local villagers will help you, especially Jim at the village shop.

Distances
The nearest mini-market shop stocking all your basic requirements from milk and cereal to charcoal and wine, is a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk from the villa. The centre of Pervolia with its tavernas and shops is 1.5 miles away, so a very short drive or leisurely stroll. A wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants is available 7 miles away in Larnaca.

Booking notes
A provisional booking may be made by email or telephone. This will be held for 7 days to allow receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by cheque or BACS. The balance payment is to be made by cheque or BACS a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £250 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
