Luxury villa with swimming pool and spa on the first floor terrace. Magnificent sunsets. Table tennis, badminton, short tennis, golf equipment available at no extra charge. Two mountain bikes. Huge library of films, books, games. Every conceivable luxury to make this a holiday of a lifetime! The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining room, large kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, drinks dispenser. Separate TV room, ground floor cloakroom. Three double bedrooms, two with terraces, one with en-suite shower room. Magnificent views of the Mediterranean, mountains and glorious, breathtaking sunsets! The villa is furnished to a very high standard with Laura Ashley furniture, curtains and soft furnishings. Not suitable for children, this is strictly couples only villa! Outside we have an abundance of sunbeds, tables and chairs. For extra comfort, we have purchased two large swing hammocks with sunshades; these are located on the ground floor terrace.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning only in the main bedroom as we have not found it necessary, several portable room fans. Wireless internet access at the Esentepe hotel up the road, just take your laptop and plug it in whilst you have a coffee. Local mobile phone available for your use if required. Lots of beach mats and picnic rugs at the villa but only 2 beach towels, so please bring your own. There is a hairdryer in the main bedroom wardrobe. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with Laura Ashley furniture and a lot of mirrored and glass furniture. Not suitable for children. Accessibility
Flat easy accessible site, for people with mobility problems you can walk on flat open land along the coast but the road down to the beach would be difficult. Not adapted for wheelchair use and not suitable.
Outside
Large paved area with private swimming pool with steps down to the pool. BBQ area. Outside shower. Stunning views from the pool area, garden with shrubs and flowers and large gravelled area. Private off road car parking. Lots of outdoor furniture and more in the storage shed if required.
Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk (300m) to a lovely private cove, lots of sandy coves and smallish beaches just a few minutes drive from the villa. Turtle beach, which is famous is about a five minute drive away. There are other beaches nearby with water sports etc.
Golf
A few minutes drive to the most amazing golf course I have ever seen. Had some fantastic lessons off Mike the Golf Pro, the academy course and drive are superb. The course and surrounding countryside is magnificent. The course and Club House is rated one of the best in the Med. The food is wonderful, a full spa is available and the ambiance has to be seen to be believed. For more details please contact owners for weblink addresses.
Special interest holidays
The scenery is beautiful and there are so many places of interest like the beautiful Kyrenia harbor, Salamis, the monastery at Bellepais. Superb boat rides around the area, lots of dolphins and turtles. Hundreds of restaurants. For full details of all this and more we can email you a PDF with all the recommended sights and restaurants. There is a scuba diving school and club and catalkoy riding club. We have a lovely lady who will come to the villa and give one of the best massages I have ever had, it cost around £32.
Travel
Ercan airport is 35 minutes from the villa along a very easy route. Larnaca is around 1 hr 45 minutes from the villa. Car rental is essential but very easy to drive, they drive on the left like the UK and the roads are so easy and good BUT driving in Kyrenia itself until you know the way can be a bit of a headache. We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport and take you to the villa and a car can be waiting for you at the villa OR you can pick a car up from the airport.
Further details
Esentepe village has a petrol station, a good supermarket, restaurants etc but is situated up a very steep hill so only accessible by car. THe hotel does Sunday lunch at around £8 and meals. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and the Golf Club is really good.
Booking notes
10% deposit with booking, the rest must be sent no later four weeks prior to departure. £200 refundable deposit required.
