Outside there is a beautiful patio garden with sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol next to the private swimming pool. Just a short walk away is Pernera itself where there are many restaurants and tavernas where you eat out or simply have drinks overlooking the beautiful blue sea. There are many activities available including: water skiing, fishing trips, para-gliding, windsurfing, mini golf and much more. If you are looking for something more lively Protaras town is just 3km away.

| Living Rooms: | The villa has a spacious open plan living/dining area. The living area has 2 beautiful, soft leather sofas, 1 of which is a sofabed, coffee table, plasma TV with satellite and DVD player. The dining area has 8 leather chairs and large dining table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. All towels and linen are provided including for the sofabed if you wish to use it. |
Notes on accommodation
This villa is excellent for families with children with 2 stairgates and highchair for your convenience. The villa is air conditioned with individually controlled units in each bedroom. Should you need it there is also heating in all rooms.

Outside
The outside area is very private and a lovely place to relax. There is a lot of space around the private pool to lay on the sun loungers or dine al fresco at the patio table and chairs. There is a BBQ to ensure that holiday feeling.
At the front of the property is a gate leading a driveway where you can park a car plus an extra parking space should you need it.
Coast/Beach
The beach is just 150m away from the villa where you will find many activities available including: water skiing, fishing trips, paragliding, windsurfing, mini golf and much more...
Just a short walk away is Pernera town itself where there are many restaurants and tavernas where you eat out or simply have drinks overlooking the beautiful blue sea.
If you are looking for something more lively Protaras town is just 3km away.
Travel
You can fly directly to Larnaca airport in Southern Cyprus from most UK airports.
Larnaca Airport is just a 45 minutes drive to the villa. There are taxis available at the airport to take you directly to the villa or you can hire a car (Many of the main companies operate here). In Cyprus they drive on the left which makes it easier for UK holidaymakers.
Distances
Crystal Lagoon itself is situated just a short walk from Pernera with its many restaurants, bars, cafes, tavernas and shops. The beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and safety.
Proporas is just 3km away and boasts the best beach on the island at Fig tree bay has a more lively feel with great shopping, bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
Ayia Napa is just 10 mins drive away with 2 exciting water parks.
Further details
We provide tea, coffee, water and milk on arrival but everything else you need can be found at the supermarket situated at the entrance to Crystal Lagoon.
Booking notes
25% of rental fee is due on booking to secure the dates. The full balance is due 4 weeks before your stay.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
