Air conditioning is fitted throughout the villa in all the rooms and is included in the rental cost. The private garden and grounds are vast and with the gates make it ideal for children to safely play. The large swimming pool and sun terrace are completely private and not overlooked.

Accessibility

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Protaras and is just a 10 minute stroll from the main area of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local supermarket is just down the road and the magnificent Fig Tree Bay is only a further 5 minute walk away, this makes it ideal for a family to have everything on hand without the need for a car.

Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 mins walk and is considered to be one of the island’s premier beaches with its fine golden sand and deep blue sea. The safe, shallow, crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and all types of water sport. Protaras is a fun loving resort with many fine restaurants, local fish tavernas and bars. Protaras is linked to Ayia Napa and Paralimni by an efficient bus service and is only 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, waterskiing and windsurfing.
Booking notes
Booking is by a simple booking form and an initial deposit of £250. The full balance being paid 6 weeks before the departure date. A £250 security bond will also be taken and refunded subject to no damages, breakages, etc.
