Mimossa beach is only a 2 mins walk away, where you can swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa offers a secluded swimming pool with beautiful straw parasols and plenty of sunloungers for everyone. The outside patio area has a lovely granite dining table with seating for all and plenty of shade for perfect al fresco dining. Furnished to a high standard Eliki has air con throughout. The villa has an open plan lounge area with seating for 8, dining area + 37" flat screen TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you will need for your perfect self catering holiday. Located on the ground floor is a double room with en suite ideal for people who cannot manage the stairs. Separate downstairs toilet and shower room. A further 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor, 1 double with en suite, 2 twins all with balconies.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned once a week and all linen, bath, hand and beach towels are supplied. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. The pool is kept crystal clear by our pool man with regular cleaning. |
Notes on accommodation
Eliki is a no smoking villa with air con in all rooms. The bedrooms all have fly screens and is suitable for the old and young alike. On request we can supply a highchair and travel cot. No single sex parties. Suitable for those who cannot manage the stairs. Eliki has a double downstairs bedroom with en suite which opens onto the outside living area.

The villa has a double downstairs bedroom with en suite and patio doors opening on to the outside living space. Perfect for those who cannot manage the stairs. Accessible for wheelchairs.
Outside
The villa has its own private pool with beautiful straw parasols for shade and plenty of sunloungers for all. In the outside living space you will find an outside shower area, barbecue with with sink and plenty of space for the kids to play in. The spacious granite outside dining table with shade is perfect for all your outside dining requirements. The pool will be lit at night, a perfect back drop for alfresco dining. After your meal you can relax on the luxury outside settee, the perfect end to your day. For your added feeling of safety Eliki offers an intercom system, secure fencing all round, wall lighting and private parking.
Coast/Beach
Mimmosa beach is a 2 mins walk form the villa, with shallow waters it is ideal for families and small children. There are also 4 more lovely sandy beaches within a 10 min walk, where watersports are available. On the coastline morning boat trips are are on offer for a reasonable price. Protaras area offers the best sandy beaches on the island.
Travel
Larnaca International airport is approximately a
35 mins drive away.
The position of the villa means that you do not need a car, but if you do like to explore car hire is not expensive. You can also hire beach buggies, bikes and scooters which are great fun.
Distances
The main strip in Protaras with all its nightlife, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops is only a 15 min walk away. Aiga Nappa with its water park and the small traditional town of Paralimni is a 10 min drive away. There is a regular bus service running form Paralimni to Aiga Nappa for a small charge you won't have to walk anywhere.
Further details
Cyprus has the perfect climate, the summers with long hot days and warm nights, and the winters are mild. A local convenience store is over the road but if you require a supermarket it is on the bus route about 10 min away. There are some nice restaurants only a short walk away. There are many beaches were you can do all the water sports like paragliding, water skiing, jet ski, crazy UFO etc. You can take a boat trip to Cape Greko which has lovely crystal clear waters. You will find that most roads in and out of Protaras will lead you to a sandy beach with clear seas, so go ahead and explore. Protras is a town for all. Mini golf and amusements for the kids, bars, restaurants and nightclubs for the young at heart. You will also find the banks and the doctors here.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of departure.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Eliki villa which we found beautifully presented and contained everything we needed and more. Mimossa beach was ideal for our little boy with good shallow water and in the afternoon we lounged by the pool. Thank you also for the help you provided while we were there, nothing was to much trouble and we really appreciated the welcome pack on arrival. We hope to return soon.
