The villa is also walking distance to the picturesque harbour of Potamos Lioupetriou where there are 2 family restaurants. Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. Depending on bookings either side of your holiday, guests will be asked to check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.

Outside
There is a 8 x 4m private swimming pool to the rear with built in internal steps ideal for those with mobility problems or children, and the internal lights look lovely during the evening. A large garden with pergola covered patio provides welcome shade plus there is plenty of sunbathing space around the pool, A purpose built feature BBQ, table, 8 chairs, parasols and sun loungers with cushions.
Coast/Beach
The villa is just across the coastal road from the sea which is approx 5 mins walk or 500m away. This quiet stretch of white sandy coastline is unspoiled and has the 'Blue Flag' Ayia Thekla Beach at one end and Potamos Harbour and beach at the other (ideal for that fresh catch for the BBQ) and for rock pooling with the kids. For those who prefer more action such as watersports, boat trips etc there are a number of other lovely beaches to explore within a few mins drive.
Travel
Larnaca International Airport is approx 40 kms away which takes about 35 mins on the motorway. We can arrange for you to be collected and/or returned to the airport upon request.
The famous Water Park is only a couple of mins drive away and is fun for all the family.
The villa is only half an hours drive from the Border into Turkey (Famagusta) where you can explore the fascinating venetian walled city, discounted shops, and gaze at the deserted hotels along the lovely beach here.
Distances
10 mins drive from the villa is the harbour town of Ayia Napa with its numerous shops, entertainment and beaches, or Protaras another popular family resort. Paralimni is the main commercial centre where modern and traditional combine in harmony offering all conveniences such as two huge supermarkets where you can stock up your fridge freezer. There is also a small handy shop selling the essentials only 2-3 mins walk away from the villa as well as the bus stop.
Further details
This stretch of coastline has some stunning scenery and secluded bays to explore (perfect for that private sunbathe). The villa is adjacent to farmland and its not unusual to see the local herdsman with his goats in the field nearby. Visit Cape Greco National Park (popular with divers) and stunning at sunset, or the many nearby greek villages such as Sotira, Vrysoulles or Lliopetri. Our neighbours and the locals are very friendly and welcoming. Potamos Harbour is also within walking distance and has 2 small family run tavernas for you to sample - You must try the fish meze!
This area of Cyprus is very popular for weddings and the villa is suitable for guests who are coming over for this purpose combining their holiday at the same time.

Telephone or e-mail us with your requirements. A 20% deposit will be required upon confirmation of your booking and settlement within 8 weeks of departure. You will also find useful our helpful welcome guide at the villa. We reserve the right to request a security deposit of £150, refundable within 2 weeks of your return to the UK.
