Our attractive stone house has been tastefully restored to the highest standards, we feel sure that you will enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday here at our delightful house in Normandy. 2 large bedrooms each have king size beds and 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has double bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
Spacious open plan hall, Lounge with granite fireplace, conservatory and modern kitchen with dining area, integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and marble worktop.
A large dining table that seats 10 and can be extended to seat more. The ground floor has a cloakroom and a small office with unlimited internet access. Flat screen LCD TV (English and French channels), DVD player with films, music system, hair dryer, games and books. There is also utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
The farmhouse is centrally heated and has plenty of parking space. The house has a large terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue overlooking the garden.
The cost is inclusive of all bedlinen (not towels), heating, gas, water and electricity.

Travel
Rennes Airport, 40 miles. Le Pommereu is located on the outskirts of the village of Vergoncey in Lower Normandy near the border with Brittany. The area is easily accessible from the ferry ports of St Malo 45 minutes drive, Cherbourg 1hour 30 minute drive, Caen 1 hour 15 minutes, Le Harve, 2 hours 15 minutes, and Dieppe 2 hours 30 minutes and 4 hours drive from the channel tunnel/ports.

Distances
Avranches, the nearest big town from Lepommereu 8 miles, it has many shops, restaurants, banks, post office, chemists, and museums. Market day is Saturday morning. Ducey a pretty town worth a brief visit, this town with limited shopping, a good pizza restaurant and bar, 6 miles. Pontorson town mid way between Vergoncey and Mont St Michel, 6 miles, general shopping and restaurants. Saint James a small town only 4 miles, offering shopping, including the nearest supermarket. Market day is Monday.

A 25% deposit (non refundable) is payable to secure your holiday booking and 75% balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday. Any booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday the full amount is payable upon booking. You can pay us by Pay pal,(subject to a 3.5% charge for Pay Pal payment) or pay by cheque in Uk Sterling/euros. Payment also accepted by bank transfer.
