| Bathrooms: | 4 x bathroom and 3 x shower rooms. En-suite bathrooms to all studios, apart from studio No 1 which has a bathroom outside the studio. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchenette in every studio with all cooking implements, small oven, fridge/freezer, cooker. One washing machine for clothes (etc). |
| Living Rooms: | Cosy sitting living room on the ground floor with fire place and unique decoration. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Maid-service (every day cleans up the house and 3 times a week changes the bed sheets and the towels). |
Notes on accommodation
Additional facilities include: Bed-side tables and mirrors over them, balconies for the first floor apartments and patios for the ground floor apartments, sound insulating windows and balcony-doors (although there is no outdoor noise), plastic table and chairs for the balcony or the patio, 2 apartments have fireplace (apartments No 1 and No 3), keys with magnet for electricity, hairdryer, blankets (for winter), large water-heater powerful enough for all the apartments, large parking area, main gate (land fenced around for privacy), unique decoration of the villa (traditional vases-pots, paintings etc), exit lights in case of emergency (or loss of electricity), automatically switch-on and switch off outdoor-garden lights and swimming pool lights.

Booking notes
Check-in and check-out time is midday (not obligatory). The deposit amount depends on the total amount- cost of the booking. It can be between 30% - 50%. The rest of the money (balance) should be paid either a few weeks previous to the arrival or in cash with arrival at the villa. Everything that has to do with accommodation is included in the above rates. A booking confirmation form will be sent by fax to the customers that have made a booking and have paid the deposit.
