The close by 'Seven Springs Valley', (Epta Piges) a beautiful running spring water valley with ducks and peacocks wandering around. Set amongst the trees are tables and chairs where you can be served with sumptuous BBQ meats and fresh salads. Magical! Changeover day
Villas to be vacated by 11am on departure day and arrivals after 3pm, however this can be negotiated where possible.

Villa Apollo - The Open Plan one!

Bedroom 1 on the upper level is a good size loft style room with kingsize bed and picture window. Bedroom 2 also on the upper level has a double bed, a set of French doors that lead out to a private balcony and a en-suite bathroom shower room, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has twin beds and French doors that lead to the patio pool area. All bedrooms have air con/heating units, large quality fitted wardrobes and furniture. The main family bathroom located on the ground floor has bath and shower, WC, sunken washbasin and vanity unit. The spacious living room has an open wooden staircase, and 2 sets of French doors, coloured TV, satellite, CD player and good quality furniture. There is a step up to an open spacious well-appointed kitchen diner to include oven, hob and extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave and various small appliances. It is well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. There is also a set of double French doors. |

Notes on accommodation
There are cots and high chairs available at no extra cost. Please state at time of booking.
All BBQ's and garden furniture is provided at no extra cost.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided twice weekly.

Outside
Enter our villas through their own iron gates, via a private driveway, each with their own garage. The very large walled gardens are landscaped with various shrubs and trees, which include fruit trees and palm trees. Both villas have their own private pool, which benefits from tiled surrounds with sun loungers. There are barbecues provided plus garden furniture for that alfresco dining. Gardens also include both covered and open patio areas, for you to either sun bathe or cool down. On the upper levels there are open balconies or balconies covered with pergolas, all include stunning views. Both properties also benefit from having shutters to all windows and French doors.
Coast/Beach
Beaches only 5 & 10 mins by car!
The beach at Kolymbia consists of a long stretch of fine white sand ringed by beautiful mountains, a wonderful beach ideal for swimming, water sports and sunbathing.
The water at Afandou is clear, calm and shallow due to its position on the Mediterranean side of the island, and the village is one of the largest on the island.
The stunning beach of Tsampika with nice golden sand, long shallows of crystal clear waters and a magnificent monastery.
Golf
Only 15 minutes from the villas is the 18-hole golf course at Afandou with spectacular scenery and beach views. The course is open all year round to both residents and visitors with very reasonable rates.

Travel
Rhodes Diagoras Airport is approx 25-35 mins by car. Although the location of our villas are central to the island, car hire is recommended to get the most from your holiday.

The famous 'Valley of the Butterflies' is within approx 25 mins drive, this lush green valley is a nice place to walk under the shade of the trees. The characteristic scent of the pine resin, which attracts the butterflies, the coolness from the abundantly flowing waters, makes this a small paradise even during the hot days of the summer. The medieval walled city of Rhodes town, 24km away, is situated on the northern tip of the island. There is plenty to see and explore within both the old town and new town by day or night. You could find yourself browsing around craft shops, dining at either a local or international restaurant, strolling around Mandraki Harbour or even lazing on the beach. Take a sea trip to other Greek Islands like Simi, Halki and Kos. Rhodes new town buzzes with a sophisticated life, with many bars, clubs and a casino. Travel 24km south and you will find yourself in Lindos, for more historic sites, such as the famous Acropolis. Lindos also boasts more of that stunning scenery and gorgeous beaches and like Rhodes town is a favourite for weddings. Prassonisi is the most southern tip of the island where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet. An amazing sight to see, the sea to the east calm and to the west usually rough. It is hardly surprising that Rhodes is known as the Island of sun with over 300 days of sunshine every year. Rhodes is one of the Dodecanese islands of Greece and its southerly position makes it ideal for all year round holidays, each season having its own unique identity. Rhodes is steeped in Greek mythology and history, offering many places to visit and lots to learn.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking and full payment 8 weeks before arrival date. The full payment is required if booking less than 8 weeks before travel. A refundable deposit of £100 is also required for breakages and excessive cleaning.
