| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom features a double bed, ample wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also includes a double bed. The third bedroom sleeps 2 more guests with twin beds in the large bedroom downstairs accessed via the spiral staircase. |
| Bathrooms: | The apartment contains 2 stylish bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and bidet. The 2nd bathroom also contains an additional shower and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The state of the art kitchen has been beautifully created for maximise space and practicality. All mod cons including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. We even provide you a cookbook to try your hand at making some delicious Italian fayre. |

Luton, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool and Bradford. Car hire is recommended to get the most from your stay and to explore the area from all leading car companies. Lake Como arguably provides the most serene setting in the whole of Italy The deep blue waters offer an enticing invitation for an afternoon dip or boat trip to one of the villages that surround it the lake. For lovers of flora and fauna, Villa Carlotta is 15 mins drive or Villa Balbianello with its fairy-side lakeside location is a further 5 mins drive or fans of James Bond can view Villa Gaeta here in Menaggio. Milan is 75 mins away and Bellagio just a short boat ride away from Menagaggio.

Menaggio really is the lakeside village par excellence! Perfectly positioned to enjoy every aspect of the lake, Menaggio is home to romantic lakeside walkways, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, icecream as well as a bank and supermarket. From the ferry stop you can take a leisurely boat trip to beautiful Bellagio, the quintessential lakeside village perfect for a day out meandering around the narrow cobbled streets whilst admiring the art or picking up some silk or leather souvenirs. Venture out to Varenna, another impossibly beautiful lakeside village or take the boat to Como city for a fascinating day out. Lesser known than it's bigger brother Milan, Como nevertheless ticks all the right boxes when seeking out a typical Italian city. Pretty piazzas,a breathtaking gothic 14th century cathedral, stylish shopping, narrow cafe lined alley ways and here you will find history in abundance including Alessandro Volta's musuem famed for his invention of electricity back in 1801. Alternatively take the train to Milan from Como city (30 minutes)and view the impressive duomo, Galleria Vttoria Emmanuale glass domed shopping mall and Leonardo Da Vinci's last supper painting! Monza grand prix (formula 1) or The San Siro football Stadium, home to Inter & AC Milan are all just over an hour from the apartment. Menaggio is very close to the Swiss border, so day trips to Lugano-should you wish to visit a different lake-is possible. Please ask for specific details, we will be happy to advise you of our favourite day trips and recommended restaurants to help you get the most from your stay.

We really enjoyed staying in your gorgeous apartment-the view is spectacular and the accomodation is very comfy. It took us about 10 minutes to feel at home! We had a wonderful time in Menaggio, ventured to Villa Carlotta and St Moritz & those majestic alps-awesome! All that paled into insignificance though to the view from the balcony. The views and general atmosphere was very condusive to a relaxing getaway. The weather was generally warm. Nice apartment, everything was great!
The walk to the village took us about 10 minutes-we really enjoyed the walk. Menaggio and Bellagio were fabulous.We hope to return from the states to this apartment and will recommend you to all our friends.
