It is a cosy corner apartment within a small group of five, nestling within a rocky landscape in a quiet location just outside Liscia di Vacca, a gorgeous bay north of Porto Cervo. This pretty stone villetta offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a lovely spot.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for 4 People per week in Euro and include: Gas for warm water and cooking, electricity, hand and bed linens and final cleaning. Not included: Should heat be required, the gas will be calculated at the meter. There is also a refundable breakage deposit of euro 200, to be paid upon arrival. Payment: 50% of the rent at the time of booking, balance due within one month of arrival.

Outside
A pretty terrace lounge in front of the house, with table, chairs and a separate angle cushioned sofa, provides the perfect spot for meals outdoors. There is a garden and reserved parking.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Smeralda is on the north - east coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands, right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hour's flight from main European Cities.
Costa Smeralda is a modern equipped tourist centre, good for boat excursions toward the most beautiful and wild islands of Sardinia and offers wonderful panoramic views both on the sea and the boundless forests.
Golf
Pevero golf is one of the most beautiful courses with its 18 holes from Grande Pevero beach to Cala di Volpe.
Special interest holidays
The house is a 15 minute walk to beaches. And a 15 minute walk to Porto Cervo. Porto Cervo has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants), supermarkets, shops, street markets, banks, a petrol station and a post office. It is ideally positioned to make the most of this beautiful environment. If relaxing means a beach, then enjoy some of the best. Just 2km distance there are beaches with sand and cliffs, and just a little further there are the famous beaches - Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero.

Liscia di Vacca is located in the north-east Sardinia, close to Porto Cervo and 30 km from Olbia airport and 25 km from port Golfo Aranci.
