There is a sweeping view from the Appennini to the Adriatic Sea and its rolling farmland. The property is a part of a 15th century noble estate and vineyard still owned by the Grizi family and falls within a WWF protected area. We invite you to stay in the authentic atmosphere of a magnificent region that is still undiscovered. The garden and the countryside are perfect for relaxing walks among mulberry, pine and young olive trees and in the shade of a century old oak, the swimming pool with a panorama of vineyards and cultivated fields. Traditional regional meals can be arranged for guests.
