Charming one bedroom apartment 50sq.m, very quiet and comfortable, composed of 1 double bedroom, bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette ( microwave oven ), sunny living room with a double sofa-bed, TV, DVD and stereo. Linen and towels provided. Set on the first floor. Several shops, artisans, typical characteristic restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, trattorias, supermarket nearby.
Booking notes
20% deposit payable at booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival, the deposit will be lost.

'This apartment is perfectly located, a short walking distance to many key sites and just around the corner from major bus stops. Good shops and restaurants are nearby as well as the market at Campo Fiori. The kitchen was tiny yet it worked fine. The living room and bedroom were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Marguerite arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and this was definitely a good deal. We recommend this apartment.'
