Eco-friendly villa in one of Italy's best kept secret towns, amongst the northern lakes which can accommodate up to 8 people. Situated in the hillside of Bergamo, a medieval walled town. Close to the shopping mecca of Milan, the beautiful villages of Lake Iseo, Como, Garda and the mountain resorts of the Seriana and Brembana Valleys. The property is a four-bedroom secluded eco villa. The refurbished property has been adapted with sustainable local materials, in keeping with the surrounding picturesque woodland, winding roads and eye-catching open countryside. Heating and hot water is powdered by solar panels integrated with a wood burner. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. There is a huge indoor dining area with open fireplace, a state of the art country-kitchen, patio with dining area and a terrace with a hot-tub and sun loungers. On request we have a full time maid and a chef who can cook the regional dish.

The stunning town of Bergamo is 20 minutes away. Milan is 45 minutes away. San Pellegrino, famous for its water is half hour away. Sotto il Monte, birthplace of Pope John XXIII is 10 minutes away.

Valcalepio wine region is half an hour away. Hired car is essential to explore the region.
