King size bed and a single bed, Satellite television and suitable for people with mobility problems and adapted for wheelchair users, with the bathroom with the facilities. There is a complete, well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, all the gear and the coffee espresso machine, provide of all the necessary amenities for make coffee, tea and wild chamomile. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are finished to restore and respect the ancient style. They are comfortable and the rooms have the independent heating.
Accessibility
The 'Blue Apartment' available, which is easily accessible on the ground floor, suitable for people with mobility problems. Accessible by wheelchair trough a smooth little ramp, inside the apartment there is enough room to manoeuvre and the doors are 80 cm, the door of the bathroom is crash bar handle, and there is an alarm, like the European Law request. The washbasin and the lavatory are specific for wheelchair; the shower is wheel-in showers with large and useful glass door.
Outside
The garden is beautiful and have trees that are centuries old, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a large umbrella, tables and seats, and a barbecue. The courtyard in front of the house has a typical stone floor. There is also a large area where the farmer keeps the farmyard animals.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Adriatic can be easily reached, with the beach at Porto San Giorgio approximately 25 minutes drive. The beaches at Numana and Sirolo are approximately 45 minutes drive.
Golf
Championship course at Conero Golf Club approximately 40 minutes drive.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sibillini National Park, a 45 min drive.
Special interest holidays
A special event, around the start of October, on the farm is the grape-harvest time. We have a big party with typical food and the people play an active role on the works and the farmer teaches the 'miracle' of the vine.
Travel
Ancona airport is approximately a 1 hour drive. Pescara airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.

We can suggest you any information about the area, from the shopping for the food, restaurants, city of art, mountain hiking, shopping at the outlet of the major and famous shoes' factories, typical of the district, like Tod's, Prada, Hugo Boss and many others.
