Casa Madi is a large traditional farmhouse, situated on top of a hill, overlooking the hills and towns of Le Marche. Surrounded by trees and a large private garden, it offers total privacy, peace and tranquility. The house is restored to practical modern standards, and retains much of its original character. A large upper terrace provides excellent views of the rolling countryside as well as the Sibilini mountains in the distance. Under a lower level portico there is a large table and chairs and barbecue area. This then leads up to a large pool with patio area where there is ample space for relaxing. The town of Servigliano with shops, restaurants, bank and facilities is only a few kilometres away.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, other days by arrangement, subject to other bookings. Arrival after 1.00pm. Departure by 11.00am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen, bathroom towels and tea towels are provided, changed weekly on Saturdays. Pool towels may be hired at additional cost. House is cleaned on Saturdays. Extra cleaning by arrangement. |

Accessibility
Since the kitchen, dining room and part of the accommodation is situated on the first floor, it is unlikely to be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The size of the property is roughly 3000sq.m, mainly laid to lawn; mature trees around, little visibility from the outside. The private pool is 10m x 5m, and has a large terrace on one side. 6 sunbeds and 4 parasols are provided. The upper terrace is 16 x 6m. An outdoor dining table and chairs are provided. The lower portico is 6 x 4m. A table, chairs, corner seating area and barbecue is provided. Parking for several cars is available at the front of the house.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches at the sophisticated beach resort of Porto San Giorgio are an approximately 45 minutes drive away.
Travel
A car is essential. Ancona Airport is a 60 mins drive, served by regular flights from Stansted with Ryanair. Pescara Airport is 2 hours drive away. Bologna airport is a 3 hours drive. Rome airport a 3.5 hours drive. Drive time from the UK is approximately 2 days.
Distances
The town of Servigliano was built according to town-planning rules of the 18th century. It is surrounded by high walls and accessed through 3 gates. Servigliano is only a few kilometres away, and offers shops, bi-weekly markets, restaurants, cafe's a bank and other everyday facilities. The City of Fermo, with its imposing Duomo, spectacular market square and winding alleys is a 30 mins drive. Mountain walks are available in Mount Sibilini National Park which is approx 45 mins drive away.
