In the Macerata district of ‘Le Marche’, between the Sea and the Sibillini Mountains, you will find the beautiful hill town of Penna San Giovanni. On the outskirts of Penna lies our 19th Century Family Country House which has been lovingly and sympathetically restored to an extremely high standard. The restoration is fully in keeping with the original building. Only local and original hand worked materials were used. Immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, amidst the beautiful landscape of the Sibillini foothills, the house is situated in 3 acres of land with its own olive trees, oak trees and other local flora to complete this wonderful vista. The large circular swimming pool with shower is perfectly positioned in the gardens below the house. Poolside furniture is provided. The house has 2 sun terraces both with garden furniture and BBQs.

Pescara - around 2 hours.
Perugia - 1 hour 45 mins.

Penna San Giovanni is a 2 minute drive away.
Sarnano is a 20 minute drive.
