| Kitchen: | Our kitchen is an extremely spacious room which includes an informal dining area which seats 8. It is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, upright fridge/ freezer and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Our laundry room is situated off the lower patio which includes a washing machine and hand washing facility. We kindly ask guests to leave all dirty bedding in this area please. |
| Living Rooms: | Our extremely spacious lounge is hard to appreciate from the photographs provided. It is truly unique with its domed ceiling. We have provided 2 sofas which seats 6 comfortably and 2 armchairs. Also includes TV, video, DVD player and HIFI system. |
| Other: | From the photographs you will see that we have 2 dining areas, our dining room leads off from the lounge and seats 6 for formal dining. We also have a separate dining room in the kitchen which seats 8. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We provide all bed linen and towels. For 1 week rental period there will be 1 set of bed linen provided. A changeover will be available for longer rental periods. All we ask is that dirty laundry be placed in the laundry room upon leaving the apartment. |
Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is over 200 years old and has been built around a courtyard, and for this reason the apartment is extremely cool even on the hottest of August nights. However room fans are provided for your own comfort.
The apartment has many beautiful original period features, which include vaulted ceilings and authentic original floor tiles.

Accessibility
Situated on one level throughout which is suitable for people with some mobility problems. However, upon entering the property there are steps in the hallway which could cause a problem to wheelchair users.
Skiing
There are excellent skiing resorts close by: Passo \lanciano is the closest at around 30 mins away and Rocarraso between 45-60 mins away depending on the traffic, both offer the very best skiing facilities eg ski schools black runs.
