This old olive mill is set in a quiet rural location amidst mountains, nestling in the valley below the hilltop village of Montalto. The large living space features the old millstone and olive press and is comfortably furnished with armchairs around the fireplace. A long oak dining table with eight chairs and kichenette leads to a lobby with a sofa-bed for extra guests. A double bedroom leads off the lobby with a shower room and w/c. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom suite with its own entrance. The hallway contains another sofa-bed and leads into a good-sized bedroom with double bed. Off the hallway there is a shower room and a separate w/c, washbasin and bidet. Outside there is a large garden that leads down to the river where you can bathe in the clear mountain waters. There is a terraced area with table, chairs and sunloungers. Montalto is a picturesque Italian village with cobbled streets only wide enough for pedestrians and mules.

Further details
Montalto has an excellent pizzeria and a local shop.
Baddalucco has good bars and restaurants and you can buy local produce at the baker, butchers and other shops. Nearest bank is situated in Baddalucco. Large supermarkets are found within a 15 minute drive. There are markets everyday of the week in the coastal towns.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
A breakage deposit of £200 is required but will be returned 14 days after the end of the stay.
