Menaggio is situated in the middle of the western shore of the lake and because of its central position between the lake and the mountains it is an ideal starting point for any sort of excursion. Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in a small condominium complex, set in its own grounds, situated on the hillside overlooking Menaggio and the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 double bedrooms, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area, private balcony with sun canopy, patio table and 4 chairs with views over the lake.

| Living Rooms: | With door leading onto the balcony and windows which open from floor to ceiling overlooking the lake. Lounge has comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, various fitted cupboards, TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. Good selection of DVDs, books. |

All linen/towels provided. The apartment is cleaned at the end of each visit. |

The apartment is situated in its own private grounds with electronically operated security gates and there is car parking. There are 2 balconies, front and rear, having the benefits of both lake and mountain views, enjoying a sunny aspect all day.

10 minute walk to the lake shore where there is a beach and lido.
Golf
Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club is approximately 2 miles from the apartment on the road to Lugano.
Skiing
50 – 75 minutes drive to Madessimo and St. Moritz.
Travel
Choice of 3 airports: Milan Malpensa (108km), Milan Linate (94km), Bergamo Orio al Serio (130km).
Train service from Milan to Como.
Bus service from Como to Menaggio.
Boat service from Como to Menaggio.

Distances
1 hour 30 minutes from Bergamo, Malpensa and Linate Airports.
Passenger/car ferry boats are frequent throughout the day and evening for travelling around the lake. Car ferry operates from Menaggio to Varenna and Bellagio. Lake Lugano, nestling between Italy and Switzerland, is only 20 minutes drive. Monza Grand Prix circuit 75 minutes away.
Further details
There are many beautiful villas and gardens to visit, such as the Villa Carlotta which is only a 10 minute drive away. Information on sightseeing tours and local events can be obtained from the local tourist information office. In the centre of town there are all services including interesting shops, restaurants and bars, banks, supermarket, internet point, cinema, pharmacy and post office. Sports facilities include tennis, golf, mountain-biking, water skiing, boat hire, sailing, wind and kite surfing, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, horse riding, kayak hire.

A deposit of 25% of rental price is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrival.
