Hire a boat from the near by harbour,
visit one of the historic nearby villas and gardens, while away the hours in one of the pretty village piazzas or just relax at home on the balcony an idyllic spot for romantic sunset suppers.

Outside
Shared swimming pool outside the apartment available June to August. Private balcony overlooking the lake with garden furniture for dining alfresco.
Coast/Beach
The area as you would expect is flanked by many pretty harbours, shingle beaches amidst glorious lakeside scenery.
The exclusive and beautiful beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes north of the apartment. Enjoy a cocktail whilst lazing under a canopy or hire a boat and enjoy a chamapagne lunch on board!
Skiing
Skiing 1 hours 45 mins away in Madesimo or 2 hours for St Moritz in Switzerland. Skiing is more than manageable for a day excursion.
Travel
Malpensa, Milan 50 minutes. Linate, Milan 1 hour. Bergamo, 1 hour 45 minutes.
Distances
Approx 13km from Como town (30 minutes drive). A lakeside town par excellence with typical italian piazza's, cafes & restaurants a plenty for delcious italian delacies or just a spot of people watching. We're just a boat ride from Bellagio or the Isola Comacina, a romantic island which you can view from the balcony.

Nearest supermarket is Dimeligio's in Lenno (5 minutes north of the lake).
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking of the apartment. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure after which no refunds apply.
Thereafter no refunds will be made.
The apartment is available for key collection between 2pm to 6pm.
Departure required by 10am.
