The terrace offers stunning views of the lake and it is the best place where to relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Lake Como. At about 1.5km, there is San Siro’s centre, where some shops, food stores and restaurants are located, as well as public beaches on the lake. In 3 minutes drive it is possible to reach Menaggio's centre, a beautiful village that has all services with ferry, bus, speed and cruise boat connections, internet point, banks, post office and many different shops.

Travel
Milan Malpensa Airport 80 km, Milan Linate Airport 90 km, Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport 1 and a half hour drive, Lugano Agno Airport 45 minutes drive. Ferry and boat pier in Menaggio, 3 minutes drive. A car is recommended. Garage for a medium size car available in the residence, otherwise there are other parking spaces just outside the residence available.
