The holiday farm is in the open country and the natural environment is really various and relaxing: from the tops of the Sibillini mountains to the surrounding hills, scattered with houses and vineyards, orchard, olive groves and multicoloured fields. The villa, built in the beginning of the last century, had been lived in by our family till some decade ago. Then we turned it into a holidays house, minutely restoring it, taking care of preserving the original structure, the colours, the decorations. At guests' disposal there's a private car park, some bikes, a wide garden where adults and children may pass their time relaxing. Using the old wood-burning oven and the barbecue, you can prepare savoury roasts and eat outdoors, under the arbour made of grapevine, or in the shade of a mulberry tree, or in a comfortable gazebo.Our organic vegetable garden is at guests' disposal; free of cost are fruits and vegetables according to season. The apartment "SECOND" is situated on second floor of the east side of the Villa. Wide, 100 years old, fine and functional windows light the rooms. 54 square metres. 1 double bedroom (+ cradle). Wide living room with kitchen (comfortable sofa convert a double bed).The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a 4 burner gas hob and electric oven / fridge freezer /satellite TV, and is has ample cooking utensils and crockery. With bathroom (shower, washing machine). The vast windows look through the valley and you can see medieval villages on the top of the hills on the horizon; this gives you a pleasant feeling of freedom and open spaces, ideal environment to store fresh air and quiet. |

Notes on accommodation
Should you wish, there's also the option of hiring a private swimming pool, situated some 200 metres from the farm. The 17x7m pool is €50 for a family (maximum five people) for a week. Price includes beach umbrella, two beach mattresses, two deckchairs and four chairs. Whether you want to go to the swimming pool, you can decide when you will be here.
Outside
Free of cost are as well the using of bicycles, barbecue, chairs and tables in the garden as well as fruits and vegetables from the kitchen garden as available according to season.
