The middle apartment has 2 double bedrooms sleeps 4. Large shower room all with lake views. The beds both convert to sofas during the day is desired. V, DVD and CD player. Kitchen and dining area. |

The upstairs apartment contains a double bedroom with double bed. Lounge with wood burning stove, double sofa bed, sky TV and flat screen TV. Internet access throughout the house with Wi-Fi. Shower room. Fully fitted kitchen. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is divided between 3 apartments on 3 floors to sleep 2, 4, 6 or 10. Ask about discounted rates for multiple bookings of 2 apartments or more. Children welcome with travel cot. Not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Accessibility
Unsuitable for the elderly, infirm or for very young children. Main road runs in front of house seperating house from lake.
Outside
Enjoy alfresco dining on the sun terrace overlooking the lake with ample space and table and chairs to accommodate all guests/apartments, plus 1.75 of mountain/woodland for the more adventurous to explore, not for the faint hearted! Fishing and snorkelling equipment are also available.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to the beach. Fishing available only 5 mins away.
Golf
Golf course available in Menaggio and Como (20 mins drive). Please ask for details.
Skiing
Skiing available in near by Lanzo (40 mins drive). 1.5 hours to Madesimo.
Travel
Malpensa or Linate airports in Milan are approx 1 hour's drive. Car hire is recommended (please ask for details) however, the house is situated near to the boat stop which accesses all major parts of the lake with a bus stop directly outside the house. Car parking is available 3 minutes walk from the house or in the village 10 minutes walk.
Distances
5 mins walk to the village of Argegno with superb restaurants, bars, ice cream shop (try the nut icecream, delicious!), mini market and bakery serving pastries and fresh bread!
Further details
The world famous Villa Carlotta is just 15 mins drive away, Lenno with it's beautiful sandy beach is 10 mins drive as Villa Balbinello where the new James Bond film has recently been filmed. Como town is 20 mins drive with it's pretty piazzas and majestic churches.

25% deposit is required to secure your holiday. The balance is due 3 months before your holiday.
