Guests will enjoy an extremely warm welcome and be greeted with true Italian hospitality. Hotel Castellani is positioned on the edge of Mogliano in fantastic rolling countryside. It is situated in the heart of Marche, you will be ideally placed to visit the many wonders of this unspoilt region. Sassotetto near Sarnano is approx 25 minutes by car and provides some excellent skiing and snowboarding.

All the rooms have central heating and air conditioning.
There are TVs in each room.

Outside
There is a private pool 15m x 7m (usually open May - September).
There are gardens with outdoor furniture (table with chairs and sun umbrella) for use by the guests.

Coast/Beach
Only 40 minutes drive from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. Marche's coastline offers some stunning scenery. Namely Monte Conero with its high cliffs (offering 18 walks) and small beaches tucked away in corners of natural beauty. Porto San Giorgo, a pretty medieval fishing town with sandy beaches has some established restaurants

Golf
The championship course at Numana is approx 1 hour by car.

Skiing
Sassotetto near Sarnano is approx 25 minutes by car and provides some excellent skiing and snowboarding.

Travel
A car is essential.
Ancona is the nearest airport, approx 100km. Guests are also able to use Pescara, Bologna and Rome airports if longer transfer times are not a problem. Pescara is approx 1.5 hours drive with Rome and Bologna being approx 3 hours drive.

Distances
Villa Castellani is on the edge of Mogliano, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.
A 40 minute drive will take you to the Sibillini Mountains where guests can enjoy skiing in the winter and walking in the summer.
Only a 25 minute drive will take you to the historic city of Macerata which holds the second largest open air opera festival during July and August.
Less than an hour from the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno with it's Romanesque architecture, medieval streets noble palaces.

How to reserve: Pre-payment of 50% of the total amount, or 1 night amount as deposit. By bank tansfer or credit card.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is not refundable.

Guest comments
We had a wonderful week at Hotel Villa Castellani we liked everything about the hotel, nothing was to much trouble. It was run by a delightful family. They showed us where to go with us not knowing the area and booked us in at different restaurants when we weren't eating at the hotel even though the food at the hotel was excellent. Towels and bedding were changed on a daily basis and the rooms cleaned.

Very good hotel, helpful hotel staff. Excellent food, I am planning to use this hotel again very shortly.

A relaxed informal atmosphere. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
