Located in the small coastal town of Djenovic, 8km from the historic citadel town of Herceg Novi, and close to Dubrovnik and Kotor, both recognised Unesco World Heritage Sites. Beautifully decorated, with sea views from the front roof terrace. Large living/dining area leading to the lower terrace, which has dining facilities and a view of the charming neighbourhood boules ground. Back garden has a stone-paved patio, barbecue facilities, marble table and sink, and a large kiwi plant provides thick shade.

Coast/Beach
Literally yards from the beach. Varied beaches along the seafront, which also features many restaurants, cafes, small local shops. Local tourist boats offer daily trips to the most scenic parts of the bay, and to secluded coves, ideal for day trips.
Travel
The villa is easily accessible from two international airports: Tivat is a 30-minute drive (plus ferry ride); Dubrovnik is approximately a 45-minute drive. There are direct flights to Tivat Airport from London Heathrow every Saturday (JAT Airways). BA operates daily flights to Dubrovnik from London Gatwick. It is also possible to fly with chartered operators to Dubrovnik Airport (including Thomson). Full directions will be supplied on booking.

Herceg Novi approx 8km; Dubrovnik approx 50km; Kotor approx 35km; Perast approx 25km; Savina Monastery (11th century) approx 8km; Budva and Sveti Stefan approx 50km; Mount Lovcen and the Njegos Mausoleum 2 hours by coach.
Further details
Locally, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and small supermarkets, most only a few minutes away. Larger shops, banks and ATMs are to be found in Herceg Novi (8km).
There are many opportunities for interesting day trips. In Herceg Novi many activities are available, such as jet-skiing, hiring sailboats and fishing boats. Herceg Novi has an authentic Mediterranean old town, with many public squares, small shops and galleries.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the let, upon which full directions are given.
A refundable deposit of 200 euros in cash is required on arrival to cover any eventual breakage.
