Palmeiras is an organic fruit farm set in a picturesque valley of the Algarve, with a large villa and two self-catering cottages available for holiday let. Surrounded on all sides by private farmland. The cottages have use of a beautiful eco-friendly, chlorine free swimming pool. Private and shared terraces and wonderful landscaped gardens.

Notes on accommodation
With extensive terraces affording plenty of space, Palmeiras is an ideal choice for families. Our swimming pool has a wonderful paddling pool attached, ideal for babies and toddlers. The water is chlorine free, meaning less irritation to little eyes and skin. The villa and cottage gardens are all separated from the pool area and are enclosed and fenced, to give parents of toddlers that extra piece of mind. All three properties have use of lawned areas and the villa garden also incorporates a sandpit and swing. We can provide a range of equipment for babies and toddlers, meaning you can travel lighter (please see our website for more details). Close to two bustling market towns, with easy access to all amenities.

Outside
A beautiful swimming pool sits at the heart of our three properties, with connecting walkways and gardens leading to the cottages and villa. Designed to give maximum privacy, the gardens offer seclusion and absolute privacy to each of the three houses. The villa incorporates an outside dining pavilion, open on all sides to harness a welcome breeze. The pavilion has a terracotta brick floor, with shade provided by a eucalyptus and antique terracotta pan tiled roof; the perfect setting for lazy lunches and intimate dinners.
The garden is luxuriant with bougainvillea, giant palms, aloe, succulents and magnificent olive trees.
Chlorine free swimming pool (shared use), 8x4m. Sunloungers, dining table with chairs. Pool house with cushioned seating, coffee table and open fireplace. Extensive terraces with barbeque area. Private gardens (fenced and walled with gates). Natural spring.

Within 30 minutes drive of a wide selection of beaches.

Faro Airport 50 minutes drive. Car hire considered essential.

Distances
Selection of local bars and restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Historic market town of Silves 10 minutes drive. Spa town of Monchique 30 minutes drive.

Booking notes
Payment can be made by debit or credit card using the secure payment system 'PayPal', via the Palmeiras website. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque in pounds sterling. Full payment required if booking within 60 days of departure. Advanced bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit for 30% of the rental price.
