Ensconced within garden walls and mature flowering shrubs, and not overlooked by any other houses, Casa Lidia is a perfect hideaway within a traditional village. If you stir from the pool or shaded terrace, you'll find - all within a 10 minute drive - the exceptional golf courses of Quinta da Ria, the charming village of Cacela and the wonderful beach at Manta Rota.

Changeover day
Change-over day is Saturday, checking in at 15.00hrs, checking out at 11.00hrs.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and a fitted wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | The modern shower room has shower cubicle, WC, bidet and hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen is well equipped with: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. It has a dining area for four. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a comfortable lounge equipped with sofas for four, Satellite TV (BBC World) and a CD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen and towels for use inside the house are included and changed once per week. Towels for use at the pool and the beach are not included. |

The private pool is 6m x 5m. There is a large shaded terrace with dining table and chairs. There are sun terraces with loungers. There is a special barbeque area. There is a further shower room with hot and cold water and a WC adjacent to the pool terrace.

Long, golden sand, European blue flag beaches, accessed by car or boat, with lots of space even in high season - a ten minute drive away.

Travel

Historic Cacela Velha is just five minutes drive away. Tavira is ten minutes drive away. All parts of the eastern Algarve are easily accessible in day trips.

Booking notes
For bookings made more than 2 months in advance of arrival, a non-refundable 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the remaining 70% payable 2 months before arrival. For bookings made less than 2 months before arrival, full payment is required on booking. Payment can be made in Sterling or euros.
