This large, detached villa is situated in quiet area 2-3km west of Albufeira and close to the new Marina. There are several bars and restaurants within easy reach. The property is well equipped and offers spacious, homely, living accommodation. The south facing lounge and dining room open out onto the pool which is surrounded by a large paved sun lounging area. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but be relatively near to all amenities.

Prices quoted are for the villa per week based on 8 people sharing. Please enquire for winter lets.
Changeover day
Our change over day is flexible. Please enquire. Access to the villa on day of arrival is after 3.00pm. Guests are asked to vacate by 10.30am on their day of departure.

Outside
All outside areas are paved with borders of shrubs. The private pool is on the south facing side of the house. There is an outside shower and a brick-built barbecue area. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is São Rafael, a beautiful beach divided into two by dramatic rock formations. This is about a 15 minute walk from the villa. There are many other fabulous beaches along this part of the coast, all within easy driving distance.
Golf
Golf is plentiful along the Algarve and many of the courses are within a 20-30 minute drive from the villa. In closer proximity is the relatively new course of Salgados, which is a 5-10 minute drive.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, approximately 35-40 minutes away.
Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
Car hire is strongly recommended to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve. We can arrange this for you upon request.
Distances
The centre of Albufeira is about 5 minutes by car where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
Many of the Algarve's attractions are within easy reach, including Zoomarine, Aqua Land and Krazy World (reptile park, krazy golf etc). If you fancy a change of scenery, the historic town of Silves and the mountains of Monchique are less than an hour away.
Further details
There are a couple of local mini markets and a larger supermarket not too far from the property where you can buy most things for your everyday needs.
There is a choice of good restaurants nearby, including traditional Portuguese, Indian, Chinese and English.
"Algarve Shopping", a large shopping mall is about a 10 minute drive. Here you will find a variety shops, a big supermarket, a bowling alley, a multi–screen cinema (most films are in English with Portuguese sub–titles) and a food hall.
Booking notes
Non-refundable booking deposit of 20%. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
