Casa Esperanca is a privately owned airconditioned villa only 15 minutes drive from Faro airport, situated in the village of Pecháo. The villa is surrounded by open countryside with an abundance of orange, lemon, olive and carob trees. The villa holds an elevated position which is peaceful and secluded ensuring complete privacy, yet convenient for the local restaurants/bars, mini mercado and pharmacy. Beautiful beaches are all just a short drive away as are the old market towns of Olháo, Loulé and Tavira, Estói with its Palace and Roman Ruins are only 3 kilometres away.

BBQ terrace to rear of property with large table under pergola seats 10, access to garden. Large terraces accessed from bedrooms 1 + 2. Well stocked gardens. Access to the 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool + pool terrace is by a gate so that guests with children have peace of mind and is for the sole use of residents, there is ample pool furniture for relaxing and entertaing around the pool. There are panoramic views from all areas fo the property.
Coast/Beach
Beaches Fuzeta, Pedras del Rai 15 - 20 mins drive, the islands off Olháo 5 minutes drive to ferries. Faro Island 15 minutes.

All major courses within easy driving distance.
Travel
Faro airport 15 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Estoi 3 kilometres. Faro centre/Old Town well worth a visit 8 kilometres. Olháo 4 kilometeres.
Further details
Olháo fish and fruit/veg market each weekday morning, large farmers market Saturday mornings. Moncarapacho market 1st Sunday, Estói market 2nd Sunday in the month.
