Villa Segovia is a large modern villa located approx 5km from the coast and wonderful Tavira. Set in a beautiful hillside location, very near the quaint village of St. Estevao and within easy reach of small bars, restaurants and other small shops. We have a top quality large swimming pool exclusive for our guests, very privately set amongst lovely gardens and trees. There are plenty of terraces around the pool with sunbeds and shade if required, and also a barbeque for guests use. All the rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard, cheerful and bright. There is a large comfortable lounge/dining room for the use of guests, air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD, music centre, library. The owners are an English couple and are always available to help with queries.

All bathrooms are provided with bottles of shampoo, shower gel soap etc. Towels changed with 3days, bed linen changed every 7 days. Pool towels maybe be borrowed on request free-of-charge. |

A selection of toys are available for small children, pool has shallow end suitable for younger children.

Outside
Gardens, patios, barbeque, outdoor furniture, sun terraces. Swimming pool is a private pool approx 10 metres x 5 metres. The shallow end is 0.9 metre and the deep end is 1.8 metre.
Coast/Beach
You may wish to relax on one of the massive, clean and uncrowded sandy beaches stretching along the Algarve. Some accessed by a small boat trip from Tavira. The Spanish border is approx 30km to the east, where the borders castles and ancient towns are worth exploring.
Golf
all golf courses are within 15mins from villa or we do have a new ten pin bowling in tavira, there is also water sport aprox 30 mins
Travel
Faro Airport is approx 35km away. Taxis may be arranged for our guests on request. We also offer 2 free lifts each day into Tavira (approx times 9am and 6pm free returns available - times differ).
There is a bus route approx 250 metres away, going to Tavira town and other points en-route.
Distances
Quaint Sta. Estevao village, with its small bars, restaurants and shops is approx 3km, there is also cashpoint, post office, and chemist.
Bustling and beautiful Tavira town is approx 6km away offering wonderful walks round the old ferries to various beaches, loads of restaurants and bars, and train to all other parts of the Algarve.
Further details
The local favourite beauty spot, Prego do Inferno waterfall is 5km away, with its gorgeous turquoise water - ideal for a picnic.
You may wish to explore the nearby unspoiled fishing villages such as Santa Luzia, Cabanas and Fuzeta. The massive Ria Formosa Nature Reserve abounds with bird life, and the hills and village.
Booking notes
Bookings more than 2 months prior to arrival - 30% deposit required at time of booking, remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Bookings less than 2 months prior to arrival - 100% payable at time of booking.
Payment details provided with booking.
We advise clients to cover their own risk of cancellation in their own holiday insurance cover.
In case of cancellation the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
