For discerning golfers there are 5 excellent courses close by (within 10-25 mins) including the new Monte Rei course. Moncarapacho, Olhao and Estoi all close by with shops/restaurants. Changeover day
We are very flexible with start/end dates and how long you wish to stay. We do prefer Sat to Sat bookings second half of July and throughout August. However please contact us with your preferred requirements so we can negotiate!

| Bedrooms: | There are 4 bedrooms (2 are huge) doubles with en suite bathrooms. There are 2 further spacious twin rooms. All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards, there is a digital safe in the villa. The 1st floor master bedroom has its own terrace with seating. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 3 bathrooms and a 4th shower room/toilet. The ensuite bathrooms are luxurious, have bidets, one has a corner bath and twin wash basins. All are fully tiled - absolute luxury. |
| Kitchen: | Superbly equipped for 8/10 people, with granite work surfaces, elec hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and lots of crockery/cutlery. Everything you could wish for! |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned. A gentle prevailing breeze keeps the lounge cool and pleasant throughout the year. The wonderful pool is heated free of charge mid March - end October. We charge £85/wk for air conditioning (cool and warm) to ensure your maximum enjoyment of the holiday. Electric fans also supplied. Outside
It's all about location, location, location! The villa occupies prime location being one of only 4 that backs onto glorious open countryside. Surrounding the garden there is an extensive natural scrub garden with a large grassed area. There is a large driveway and large basement for car parking off road. The villa is fully gated. The fabulous 10m x 5 m pool with fully equipped terrace pool is at the rear of the property. Countryside on two sides.

Coast/Beach
There are fabulous island beaches in all directions, the closest being Fuseta 5-6 miles away. Tavira, Olhao, Cabanas and Altura beaches are all within 20 minutes. The bigger Central Algarve beaches are also close by, within 30-35 mins. There is an extensive Welcome Pack in the villa highlighting local attractions. It is a truly wonderful part of the world for beaches. Although many many clients rarely move away from the fabulous pool and terrace!!
Golf
Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the West, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 mins of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 mins further on. To the East, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta de Ria are within 25 mins and Castro Marim a further 10 mins on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 mins away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte.
If all you want is a flick, in Moncarapacho there is a new Par 3 course and within 4km’s is a 3 hole, pitch and putt (9 tees) with driving range, chipping areas and putting green and truly superb facilities can be enjoyed by all of the family.

Travel
You will arrive at the villa within approx 20-25 mins of leaving Faro airport. The roadways are excellent. No tolls! Car hire is essential to enjoy the area. Do contact us for excellent local car hire deals. Food/drink packs available on request April to end October.
The villa is 1hr 45 mins from Seville airport. Excellent deals can be achieved via Iberia. No problems hiring car in Spain and driving - via excellent fast roads - into Portugal.

Distances
Within easy distance are Tavira (regarded as loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its palace currently being developed into a Poussada and Roman villa ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, excellent fish restaurants and food shopping) and Villa Real on the Spanish border. Seville can be reached within 2 hrs, Lisbon 2.5 hours and Cordoba 3 hrs. The nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, beaches and birdwatching.
Further details
The small town of Moncarapacho, only 3-4km away is excellent and unspoilt. It has supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants, daily fruit/veg market, petrol station, internet cafe, cash machines, telephone box, post office and lots more. Eating out on wonderful fish and meat is surprisingly very inexpensive in this part of the world.
