Changeover day
Between 1 July and 9 September - all bookings must be made from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival day check in between 17.00 and 20.00. Departure day check out until 11.00.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has easy access to the village of Armacao de Pera, with shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Quiet in the winter months but lively between June & September. Easy access to the wide sandy beach. Includes all bedding and house towels. Cot can be provided if required. Owner on hand to sort out any problems (fluent English spoken).

Coast/Beach
The beach is directly across the road from the apartment. Armacao de Pera has one of the longest and most spectacular sandy beaches on the Algarve. Ideal for long walks in the winter months, and in the summer there is a wide selection of water sport activities, and sunbeds to rent.
Golf
Armacao de Pera is central to many of the famous golf courses on the Algarve. The closest being Salgados (Approx. 10/15 mins by car. Person on hand to give advice and assist with booking tee times and reduced green fees.
Travel
Faro airport is approx. 45 kms away. Car hire is not essential, and transfer to and from the airport can be arranged in advance by the owner.

The apartment is within easy (flat) walking distance to all the amenities and the centre of the small town.
Albufeira approx. 10kms
Portimao approx. 15kms
Silves (with its famous moorish castle) 10kms.

Armacao de Pera is ideally located in the Central Algarve for access to many of the attractions and activities for all ages. Including 2 large water parks and Zoomarine (10 mins by car). The new race circuit (Autedromo Internacional do Algarve), in Portimão. Guia Shopping Centre with shops, cinemas and restaurants and the village of Guia famed for all its traditional chicken piri piri restaurants. Close to many golf courses. Ideal for families or those that are looking for a relaxing beach holiday or those that like to explore.
Booking notes
When making a reservation a deposit of 100 Euro is required. Deposits are not refundable in case of any cancellations. The balance to be paid on arrival.
