The first floor apartment is situated in an enviable position overlooking the Roman ruins and with spectacular views of the beach and Black Rock. The ground floor apartment is much the same but has a small garden.The beach is literally a few minutes walk away as are the bars, restaurants and shops etc. Car hire is not necessary.

The bathroom has been refurbished and now has a shower cubicle, basin, wc.
The kitchen is modern and extremely well fitted and equipped and has a washing machine, full cooker, fitted microwave plus all usual utensils.
The living room is bright and airy and comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs, a dining table and chairs. There is Sat TV and radio/tape deck. A small woodburning stove makes the apartment cosy, especially for winter guests.
All linen is provided, except towels for swimming.

The bedroom has a double bed (which can be separated), a shower room with shower cubicle/basin/wc.
The lounge has comfortable seating, Sat TV (Limited channels) DVD/CD. Doors lead out to the terrace and garden, which is equipped with furniture for sunbathing and al-fresco dining.
To the rear of the lounge is the well fitted open plan kitchen which has a microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge plus all usual utensils for your party.
There is a separate small dining area with table & chairs.

 


Outside
This interesting one bedroom apartment has an almost unique, circular comfortably lounge, with doors to the terrace/garden from where there are lovely views of the beach and Black Rock. Set back from the quiet beach road its elevated position gives some privacy behind a screen wall covered with Bougainvillaea. There is a good assortment of outside furniture for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. There is a free standing BBQ.

Coast/Beach
These apartments are ideal for clients who do not wish to have a car hire as the beach is literally just a few minutes walk as are the bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

Golf
There are plenty of golf courses within a few minutes drive.

Travel
Faro airport would take approximately one hour by car. A car however is not necessary and transport can be arranged.

Distances
Lagos, with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants would take approximately 8 minutes by car. The Bus stop is just a few minutes walk as is the taxi rank.

A deposit of £150 is payable on booking with the balance being payable 9 weeks before departure.
