The apartment contains everything needed to make it "home from home" clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. On it's own golf course in a quiet location but close to the "old town" and "strip" for some fun nightlife. 6 pools, restaurants, bars, tennis courts and Health Club and shopping facilities are all on site. It is truely a magical place.

Notes on prices
These prices are for the apartment and not per person, so if you divide by 6 for example - it is a very good deal.

Changeover day
You will be allowed into the apartment at 3pm - and will need to depart by approximately 10am. You are welcome to use the facilities on the grounds if you arrive early. There are no preferred change over days.

| Living Rooms: | Beautiful lounge area with real fire, TV (with Sky channels), DVD player, sofa and sofa bed, dining room table with 6 chairs, radio and CD player. Very tastefully decorated. Clean and fresh. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Towels are supplied for use in the apartment only. All linen supplied. If the stay is longer than one week, we will include a clean and change of laundry at no extra cost. You can order cleaning. |
Notes on accommodation
We can book cots and highchairs at a small extra cost. At the reception you are able to book any trips and tours required, extra cleaning or help with any problems. The apartment is on the first floor but if it is booked we do on occasion rent out our own ground floor apartment (This offers a large terrace and garden area). We also book apartments for five friends so can accommodate you if our apartment is booked. Please call me to check any availability.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and there are 14 steps, however, we have had a number of people staying who have borrowed a wheelchair from reception and managed to walk up the few steps. The rest of the grounds are very accessible. Alternatively, we would consider renting the ground floor if it were easier.
Outside
The apartment is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and there are six different swimming pools to choose from, some with pool side bars. The main pool by reception is heated during the winter seasons as is the indoor pool. Each bedroom to the apartment has a balcony with loungers and table with an umbrella for breakfast in the sun.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful long golden sandy beach with various water sports available, restaurants, deck chair hire and great rock pools to explore. There are many equally beautiful beaches in the near vicinity.
Golf
The complex is situated on it's own golf course and has a further 8 championship golf courses within easy reach. There is a driving range, putting and chipping greens and we have our own resident professional to offer lessons. We even have a Golf Academy and a very comfortable Clubhouse right there in your back garden.
Travel
Faro airport is only a 25 minute cab ride costing just 31 Euros for 1/4 people 49 Euros for 5/8 people. Car hire is available - please check our website for further information. We also offer very competitive prices for leaving your car at the airport. I will be happy to arrange your transfer for you if you supply your flight details.
Distances
Vilamoura is 17km from the apartment. The town Albufeira is around 6km, before that we have the the strip where you can find bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. In Albufeira you can visit the old town and the amazing fishermans beach.
Further details
There is a Creche for your children on site where they get to do a host of different activities. You are also able to book trips from the reception including swimming with the dolphins. There are water parks nearby "Slide & Splash", "The Big One" and "Aqua Show"
