Living Rooms: Large 394 Sq.ft lounge/ dining room with terrace giving direct access to the garden and pool. TV with UK channels DVD and CD player. Top quality ultra modern furnishings.
Other: Air conditioning in all rooms. Marble floors throughout except for 2 bedrooms which have wood flooring. Wardrobes, doors and cupboards are solid wood all of which gives a feeling of quality and space. The decor in all rooms is luxurious and modern.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. Linen changed weekly, towels twice weekly. 4 beach towels are supplied. Cleaning is weekly but can be more often at an extra cost of 12 Euro per hr. Minimum 3hrs per booking and booked with the on site Manager.

 

Notes on accommodation
This apartment has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard and is the owners second home. The apartment is non-smoking.
Secure parking is provided with access directly into the apartment and a safe is available.

Outside
The terrace is directly attached to the lounge and has a large rectangular table with 6 chairs. This overlooks landscaped private gardens and the swimming pool. The pool is heated when needed ,sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.During the peak season there is a full time qualified Pool Attendant ,making sure everyone is enjoying themselves in a safe environment.
The terrace looks staright out onto the landscaped gardens and pool.

Coast/Beach
Vilamoura and Quateira beaches are 5 minutes drive away. The Vila Sol private beach is 15 minutes drive

Golf
2 minutes walk away is the Vila Sol Golf Club and driving range. There are many other superb courses in the area all offering some of the best golf in the world.

Travel
The nearest Airport is Faro,20 minutes drive. Taxis are plentiful and good value, however hiring a car gives you the opportunity to explore the area. Car hire is reasonably priced particulaly if you book in advance on the Web.

Distances
Vilamoura Marina is between 5 and 10 minutes drive away. Within a few minutes drive is a large aquapark. Karting is available in Almancil and there are 100s of restaurants within 10 Kms. Quinta Do Lago and Vale De Lobo are only 15 minutes drive away and the lovely old town of Loule is a 20 munts drive away.
For those who like to explore further afield Silves, Olhao, Albufeira and Lagos are all easy to reach.

Further details
There is a good supermarket within 2 minutes drive and a number of others and a bank within 10 minutes drive. The Algarve shopping centre in Faro has a large hypermarket and fresh fish and vegetable markets are to be found in Quarteira and Loule.

The old towns of Faro and Loule offer a fantastic selection of clothes, with shoes featuring particularly strongly.

Booking notes
Please email or telephone the owner, Jenny Wright with preferred dates. A booking deposit of £150 per week plus a refundable breakage deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.
The property will be checked by the on site manager on departure. Damage will be charged in full.
If you cancel your booking the breakage deposit will be returned in full, the booking deposit will be retained unless a replacement booking is found.

Guest comments
The apartment was absolutely wonderful, one of the best we have ever rented. Palmyra is just heavenly, we had a fantastic holiday and our children loved it too.

It was heavenly for all of us. The children were so happy and we felt they were completely safe. Having a dedicated Pool attendant gave us peace of mind.
Having a Supermarket,s hops and places to eat so near was great. We found the service in these places was excellent .

This has been our third visit to Jenny's apartment and its still as well looked after as before; so clean and modern with gardens to die for and a lovely pool. We shall be definately booking for next year.

This has been our second visit to your apartment, we can't wait till next year and make it a third.
