Departure time if there is an arrival at the same day, is 9:30h but luggage may be left at the house and picked up later when leaving for the airport.

Notes on accommodation
The property is fenced in, surrounded by hedges and you may enjoy completely your privacy. Children are most welcome, they have all the space they need. If you like to enjoy our property during the winter months, the villa offers central heating, especially in the evenings.

Accessibility
The villa is not especially designed for wheelchair access but as it is single storey (only the lounge/dining area has 2/3 steps to master) it may well be offered to handicapped guests.
Outside
From the lounge/dining room French doors lead onto the covered terrace with terracotta tiles, a large table and plenty of chairs offer comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy fresh fish from the BBQ. The property is fenced in and a large automatic iron gate gives comfortable access to the property.
Coast/Beach
The most stunning beaches are in Alvor which is about 8km away - driving approx. 10 minutes.
Alvor offers a long sandy beach as well as smaller bathing bays nestled between those famous rock formations and these are the most beautiful along the coast.
There are spectacularly situated restaurants with magnificent views and good food.
Golf
One of the most renowned and perfect golf courses of the Western Algarve is just a 3 minutes car drive away. It is the former Penina golf course now belonging to the Meridien group. An excellent place to play!
Travel
Faro airport approx.65km
As you leave Faro airport you just have to get on the Rua Infante highway direction Albufeira and head west until reaching exit Alvor. From there it is only a 5 minutes drive to the villa.

Further details
The nearest mini market is 1,5km away and you get to buy some essentials or drink coffee.
Large supermarkets with a great selection are just outside Portimao.
In the vicinity of the villa are some excellent restaurants within a distance of approx. 3km which offer local and international cuisine.

We require a booking deposit of 30% and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
