Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
No charge for pool heating which is solar. No charge for cot or highchair. Damages and breakages must be paid for prior to vacating. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking and balance to be paid six weeks before date of arrival.

Thursdays and Saturdays. Check in - 2pm. Check out - 10am.

20 minute drive away to Vilamoura courses. Salgados too is only a short drive away.

Cycling/mountain biking can be arranged. Portuguese handycrafts, jewellery making, glass painting too can be arranged - in fact let us know your hobby and we can try to help find a club/workshop for you. Water parks, Jeep Safaris, tours, hiking, dining, craft courses are all available.

40 minute drive to the airport. A car is essential.
Distances
Nearest village of Paderne is one mile away. Alte is approx four miles away. Boliquieme two miles away. Albufeira 15 minutes drive. Golf a 15/20 minute drive away.
Further details
Fantastic restaurants in the village of Paderne and Mem Moniz. The closest shop is a 2 minute drive, major shopping is in Algarve shopping centre which is a 10 minute driveaway. 5 minutes drive away is the Castle of Paderne, where there is a lovely river for bathing, and lots of superb walks, ideal for hikers. Montchique is only an hours drive away. Water parks are between 15 and 30 minutes driveaway. Specialist mountain biking can be arranged locally. Portuguese arts and craft lessons too can be arranged.
Booking notes
Booking, please pay 20% deposit and the balance within six weeks of arrival. We accept cheque, bankers draft. Any damages/breakages must be paid for. There is no charge for cots, highchair or pool heating (solar).
Car essential. Check in is 14.00pm hours and check out 10.00am.
Guest comments
A very big thankyou for a brilliant holiday. We have been in a few villas over the years but this is the best by far. Have been sending pictures of the villa to all our friends to make them jealous, they thought we were kidding when we told them what it was like. Pat and family.
