The block is built on a slight incline which gives the balcony panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Gale beach is only 5 minutes walk away and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.

Notes on prices
Please note that extended winter lets are £135 per week plus you pay for gas and electricity that you have used during your stay. A deposit of £50 on meter readings with the balance at the end of your stay.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible as midweek flights are often better value.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted with appliances including hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and other essential kitchen equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a large lounge area furnished with modern leather sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. There is also a radio and CD player. The dining area has a good sized table which seats 4 comfortably. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment has weekly maid service and the bed linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly. We do not supply beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a 'non-smoking' apartment. Although the entrance to the apartment is at ground floor level the balcony is elevated and may not be suitable for young children.
Outside
Accessed from the lounge is a large balcony which is furnished with patio chairs and table. A clothes airer is also available. The pool area consists of a large pool (approx 21x8m) surrounded by a patio area and landscaped gardens. There are outdoor shower facilities, sun loungers and umbrellas are supplied.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Gale, San Lourenco, Castelo, Everista, Coelha, and Sao Raphael range from vast sweeping sandy bays to small secluded coves and range from a 5 mins walk to a short drive.
Golf
The apartment is only 5 mins drive from Salgados golf course and only 20 mins from all the famous Vilamoura courses.
Travel
Gale is located just 35 mins from Faro airport and is about 7km west of Albufeira. Transport can be arranged on request at the time of booking. We can also recommend the car hire company we use if you prefer. Our property manager will be available on arrival at the apartment. He will familiarize you with the facilities and can be on call should you require him.
Distances
The old town of Albufeira is a 15 min drive, where you will find an abundance of shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a local bus service, the timetable for which is located in the nearby Colibri Cafe window. A short drive away are the Aqualand water park and Zoo marine which both provide a full days enjoyment. For the more adventurous the historic town of Silves with its Moorish Castle and the Monchique mountains are within a 30 min and 45 min drive respectively.
Further details
Supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars are all available within easy walking distance and cater for all tastes and pockets. There is a multi bank cash machine at the nearby Ali supermarket. Other activities available include horse riding, bicycle hire, jeep safaris to name but a few.
Booking notes
We require a 40% non-refundable deposit to secure booking, the balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure. In the event of the booking being within 6 weeks of departure the payment should be made in full. Payments to be made by cheque payable to Mr. D. Wickens.
